Our back door lock failed and we could not lock it or get the key out. Terry arrived at the time we booked and had it sorted within half an hour and with minimum fuss. Am very impressed and grateful for the efficient and friendly service.
Terry did a great job of unlocking and replacing my front doors lock. Gave good detail on the issue that had caused my old lock to seize. Honest, fair pricing for both the work and the new lock.
I had a front door that occasionally (and then more frequently) would ‘catch’ and not open at all. This was obviously a health and safety issue and needed addressing.
Terry from Kirklees Lock and Key came out the same day within a couple of hours. Spent an hour or so fixing the door. It now feels and behaves like new.
He was professional and friendly and I would definitely use Kirklees Lock and Key again as my first choice.
