Phoned Craig as my back door had got jammed, he was transparent with costs and tried to diagnose over the phone to ensure he had everything needed to fix. The next day he arrived as advised and did an excellent job, was very clean and tidy and lovely and chatty - would recommend him to anyone!

Brilliant service. We locked ourselves out, rang Craig who arrived within minutes and opened the door! Fitted a new thumb lock and barrel. Really friendly service and a pleasure to have around. Would throughly recommend.
