Made a call tonight as after using my sliding doors today , could not get them closed and locked. I could believe how helpful Brian was he tried to FaceTime me to try help but then realised he needed to come out. He was here within 45 mins!! Fixed the door and was so helpful and friendly. Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given.
