Lost my car fob key today, obviously my first thought was this is going to be a nightmare getting another one, how wrong could I have been, a phone call to Martin mid morning resulted in Martin coming to my house a few hours later and cut and programmed a new key at a very reasonable price. Called about difficulty locking UPVC door, gave a time and arrived at that time. Pleasant to deal with and mindful of the house with regards to boots, cracked straight on, identified the problem and fixed it with spares he was carrying. Also took time to look at a window problem for us despite being unrelated to the original call. Given it was a short notice call-out bill was very reasonable. Will use again if required.
