Excellent UPVC Window and Door Installation I recently had replacement UPVC windows and doors installed, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We had our locks changed on 3 doors within our property, we have been given a highly professional service from Colin & Ana. There knowledge help us decide on what’s the best choice for our doors locks. The ease of booking with them and how easy it was to take payment via their card machine was a great help. Just knowing this company is an approved locksmith association put our minds at rest knowing we had total professionals dealing with our property.the price was good and will be using again in the future.

I have used Colin and Ana for a number of years both personally and through the business. Their service is second to none, are always available at the end of the phone and consistently deliver a quality product. I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.

Steve assessed my door lock and decided that a repair would fix the problem, rather than going through the more costly option of replacing the lock. I received a full explanation, service was very prompt and I was kept updated with time of arrival. It was also very refreshing to speak to a genuine and friendly businessman!

We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. Overall, he did a great job for us (twice!) and we highly recommend.

Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. I had an issue with an internal lock and a friend pointed me in the direction of C & J Supplies. I rang and spoke with the lady who answered my call and I was put through to Josh. Both people were incredibly helpful and understanding and Josh quickly resolved the problem. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Our front door lock seized and we couldn't exit the house via the front door. A quick trip to C&J and they couldn't have been more helpful. I popped in at 12.30pm and by 3.30pm I had a new locking system installed. Customer service at its very best. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated.
