Tim is an extremely experienced local locksmith who I would have no hesitation recommending. He has changed locks and helped us adjust door hinges in the past. Brilliant workmanship.

This is a totally EXCELLENT Locksmith company. I called Tim at the weekend when my back door wouldn’t lock and he came to do the repair that same morning. Not usually one to leave reviews but after so many years of amazing customer service I can’t not express how fabulous this branch is. At the age of 26 I’ve probably used this branch for the past 10 year. They’ve helped me with incidents where my platforms have come away from the soles, stapling them so I could make my way home (asking for just a charity donation for the work). They’ve fixed my doc marten zips for a reasonable price, talking me though my best options and also given me advice on laces for my partners works boots. Today I went to get a spare key cut within a couple minutes and they were so friendly and welcoming as alway. Amazing company, lovely staff, highly recommended.

I've used this branch several times for small jobs but today I popped in to see if they could help! My bike was locked across the road but the padlock had stuck and I could release the bike! The staff were so helpful to come out with tools and managed to release the rusty lock. I wasn't charged but just needed to sing the praises of a kind, helpful and friendly shop! Thank you

iPhone Screen Replacement If you can get your phone repaired by Apple, do that. If (like me) you can't, then take it to these guys. I tried two other places in WGC and when my phone was returned, the sensors were not all working. In Timpson's, the repair was very quick and the phone worked perfectly when I got it back. Don't risk the repair shops, the skills these guys have developed working on watches make them both careful and competent.

Shoe repairs; key cutting and also they sell ceramic wall mounts for house names; Timpson is located in Frethern Road next to Costa coffee. Satisfied customer. My personal score is 10/10.
