Excellent. Called into Timpsons to get keys cut for two new external doors. Very fast, efficient and cheerful service. Some solid advice as well from an absolutely lovely gentleman. Highly recommend Timpsons. New Keys worked like a dream the first time in locks (which was not the case from a different key cutting company in town who failed twice to cut from the same set of keys some new keys that actually worked!).

Not usually one to leave reviews but after so many years of amazing customer service I can’t not express how fabulous this branch is. At the age of 26 I’ve probably used this branch for the past 10 year. They’ve helped me with incidents where my platforms have come away from the soles, stapling them so I could make my way home (asking for just a charity donation for the work). They’ve fixed my doc marten zips for a reasonable price, talking me though my best options and also given me advice on laces for my partners works boots. Today I went to get a spare key cut within a couple minutes and they were so friendly and welcoming as alway. Amazing company, lovely staff, highly recommended.

Glyn has always gone above and beyond to help me with any nessecary support with either shoes, watch repairs, pet tags, wedding ring resizing, screen replacement. The list is endless. He's a multi-talented man which helps a lady in who's often in distress! The work is always to an exquisite standard and will always recommend glyn to friends and family with highest regard. I came in at the weekend as I needed a new watch battery, the young man that served me (Connor) was polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely go to him again in the future.

I've used this branch several times for small jobs but today I popped in to see if they could help! My bike was locked across the road but the padlock had stuck and I could release the bike! The staff were so helpful to come out with tools and managed to release the rusty lock. I wasn't charged but just needed to sing the praises of a kind, helpful and friendly shop! Thank you
