A very quick response. Arman attended within 10 minutes of my call which was brilliant considering it was a dementia sufferer who was locked out and in distress. He offered his ID without being asked to do so. Arman gained entry without damage to the lock, although we chose a new lock for safety reasons. I was struggling with no WiFi to make the payment, but Arman allowed me to do this a couple of hours later. I would recommend Arman who was patient and professional.

Called Stuart and he arrived half an hour later. After a quick assessment of a broken lock and two pvc doors that were mis-aligned he quoted a fair price and was able to do the work on the spot, including make two copies for another key, as he has mobile key-cutting gear. If needed I would happily use him again and definitely recommend his helpful and friendly service.

Highly recommend 5 star service. My daughter has an MG and had lost her fob key and the spare key was not programmed to start the engine. MG dealer wanted the car towed in and couldn’t provide an emergency access key. Chase came out same day to the car, programmed a new fob key (better than original key) and programmed the spare. These guys are awesome Did a temporary repair on my mums key as they had no bodies in stock and lasted a year. Tried to get 2 keys cut local( I'm in Chingford) and they wanted £170 per key! journey of 30 minutes to the boys at Drummond and 2 keys cut and chips swapped for £120 saving of £240! Good lads and always go the extra mile for the customer! 10/10 Highly recommended

Excellent - took in a defective old chub mortice lock and instead of just saying you need a new one and ordering it at a silly price, he dismantled it, replaced a component while I went off for a coffee up the road. I picked it up later and refitted it to the door and and now it's absolutely fine.
