My neighbour locked himself out of his flat on Easter Sunday morning. Nightmare day to do it !! He had tried several companies on Checkatrader but was getting high prices and long (or non existent) waiting times. I suggested he tried more locally and found Shawn. He was prompt and so friendly. Explained he was on another job and would come asap. He did. He explained why he was doing what he did to get in and charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone in our area to use him - support the small independent businesses , not the big multi nationals - you get a far better service .

I can't recommend Shawn highly enough. He fixed a broken lock mechanism on an exterior door, which involved removing the door and negotiating a lot of problems. Nothing was too much trouble, and what must have been a frustrating task was approached with great positivity. He communicated what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. His charge was very reasonable for providing such a skilful service. Delighted to have found him!
