I had a couple of interior door handles where the springs had broken after 15 years use meaning the handles would not return to the horizontal position. These guys managed to make new springs for each lock which now work better than new. All done in a couple of days. Excellent service. Other locks about 50 years old still going strong unlike the more recent Chinese rubbish!! Highly recommended.

Today I came in to Albany locksmiths with a snapped key for my van dead locks that was also covered in super glue as I stupidly tried to bodge it. At first it wasn't looking promising but with the expert skills from Tony he managed to re-cut the key. Some kind of magic if you ask me. I've learnt a valuable lesson. Don't glue your keys back together people. Not only was the service cheap and fast but Tony was a very professional polite guy. Tony was brilliantly helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He talked me through removing a lock barrel so that I could take it to him in the shop where he was able to select a suitable replacement together with new offset door handles. He then flagged up a couple of important points to bear in mind when I was fitting them to the door. Both points were vital in being able to complete the installation myself instead of needing to call them out. He also happily trimmed a couple of bolts when it turned out they were too long for my door. I wouldn't have been able to complete the task without Tony's help and advice so I'm a very happy first time customer who will definitely return. Many thanks for the fantastic customer service.

Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!

Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, called Chris and he was so nice on the phone. No call out fee, great communication and showed up within the timeframe provided. I made a very silly mistake and mislaid the steering lock bar key to my Mercedes Benz . Ozlocks came to my rescue within 15 minutes , the job was professionally completed in a short amount of time . We called Ozlocks due to locking ourselves out the house. It was 1630 on a Friday in rush hour. Chris arrived in less than 30mins. He gained entry in no time at all, without damaging the door or lock. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. Hopefully I won’t be needing his services again, but if I did, I’d definitely use Chris again 👍🏻

This morning the lock for the front door stop working and couldn’t get the door closed. I’ve called Chris and came in in less than 20 minutes. Fully repaired the lock and left is as new. Highly recommended if you want someone competent, honest and reliable.

My key fob was completely snapped. Luckily the snap hadn’t gone through the chip and whilst the key could not be replaced at the time it was secured so that I could use for the time being until a replacement was available. Given 5 stars because that is exactly what they are! Absolute stars! I don’t know how or why it happened but I locked my keys in my car after strapping in my 3 year old. He’s non verbal and unable to understand or follow instructions. He was also strapped into car seat. He couldn’t get out to unlock the door as I tried to get him to do. He simply didn’t understand and became quite distressed. These guys were the second on the list to call at the time. The previous auto locksmith didn’t answer. They took the location and was there within 10 minutes. Took around 5 mins to actually get into my car and get me to my very upset boy. They worked so quickly. Tried to calm my boy too and made my anxiety settle as soon as they showed up. I’m a nervous mummy on the best days. I get so worried and panicky over things like this. There was absolutely no hesitation in them at all from the moment they answered the phone. They were there and on the job in literally 10 mins. Had some issues today with my ignition barrel today on my ford, I was recommended to see these guys by my mobile mechanic who arranged me to visit them. I was greeted by friendly faces and the offer of a cuppa, they removed the barrel which they stripped and rebuilt which I was able to watch and interesting to see. They then cut and programed to new keys as the were worn and the batteries were dead. These guys are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough, really glad I found these guys, call with confidence

Highly recommend 5 star service. My daughter has an MG and had lost her fob key and the spare key was not programmed to start the engine. MG dealer wanted the car towed in and couldn’t provide an emergency access key. Chase came out same day to the car, programmed a new fob key (better than original key) and programmed the spare. Great service. Went to Timpsons first who were rude, couldn't do the job as they needed to order both the house key and the car key. House keys were £35 each, car key £60 (stated its impossible to just do the key blade). Came to Lock stock and barrel and got 2 house keys and car key blade for £35!!! Very professional service, quick and friendly. Will come here again!!

On Saturday morning I found myself locked out of my own house for an hour as the key wouldn’t turn. There had been no hint of a problem before then. Eventually, I got it to work and tested it several times but by now I was afraid it might do it again, so on a recommendation, I visited Lock Stock and Barrell and explained the problem. The young man in the shop was very well-informed and helpful and booked an engineer to come and sort it out. The engineer, Gary phoned before he turned up, and was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. He replaced the barrel with an improved model, told me how to maintain it and left me feeling completely reassured. I thought the price was reasonable for the peace of mind it gave me. I will use Lock Stock and Barrell again if I need them and will be confident about recommending them to others. They are a local business to be proud of. Thanks, Gary and thanks LSB.

Great experience. They had set out the shop to be wheelchair and pram accessible, so I was able to get inside with ease. There are no steps and wide aisles. Great customer service and great key cutting. Will be my go to place from now on.
