Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, called Chris and he was so nice on the phone. No call out fee, great communication and showed up within the timeframe provided. They diagnosed my problem straight away and sorted it within a few minutes. Really reasonable price as well! Very satisfied customer and felt so comfortable with both Chris and his son. Thanks guys! Came out Sunday within half an hour of me calling. Adjusted striker plates. As front door wouldn't lock. Very pleasant chap. Would recommend and use him again if required.

Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!
