Needed a patio lock fixed - Mike turned up in 15 mins and unlike other locksmiths didn’t rip me off - nice courteous person and very professional . Will definitely be my first choice locksmith in the Hitchin area.

Mike helped me get into my car the morning after a wedding on a Sunday morning. Provided good communication before which set me at ease in a sticky situation. Unfortunately the key was not in the car as expected, but he gave me a lift to the station after so I could get home to pick my spare up. Excellent customer service after dragging him out of bed!

In a moment of sheer stupidity I managed to lock my car keys in the boot, Mike swiftly came to the rescue, even though it was late in the evening (and freezing cold!). Had my boot unlocked in a few minutes and charged a very fair price. Thoroughly nice guy too! Highly recommend, can't thank enough!

Couldn’t recommend Mike more. We had the lock to our bathroom fail with our young child inside and he was at ours literally within minutes of phoning. He was calm, friendly, professional and reasonably priced.
