I recently needed three locks changed in my house, Ozlocks provided an exceptional service. He arrived in less than 10 minutes after my call, fitting me in despite his busy schedule. Not only did he change the locks efficiently, but he also went above and beyond—making sure my doors closed smoothly and ensuring the barrel locks were fitted professionally. You can tell he has a real passion for his work, taking the time to do the job properly and even sharing useful insights along the way. I learnt a lot and was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

This morning the lock for the front door stop working and couldn’t get the door closed. I’ve called Chris and came in in less than 20 minutes. Fully repaired the lock and left is as new. Highly recommended if you want someone competent, honest and reliable.

We called Ozlocks due to locking ourselves out the house. It was 1630 on a Friday in rush hour. Chris arrived in less than 30mins. He gained entry in no time at all, without damaging the door or lock. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. I went to their shop to see if they could cut a Spanish key, which they ordered and cut within 24 hours for me. Michael was so friendly and helpful.....and it was a pleasure to meet him and his approach to customers was brilliant. First class service!!!!. On the off chance i also asked if they would be able to mend a broken lock on my bi-fold doors, which we hadn't been able to open for over 18 months...Michaels dad (i am sorry i can't remember your name) came and had a look and within an hour, my door was open, broken lock replaced and all good as new and such a reasonable price. If you have lost your fob go here. I had decided to go for a non fob key after going to the mainly dealer as it was going to be more than £300:00 for a single key.
