Honestly, they are so great. The most friendly staff who are happy and helpful and flexible. Their workmanship has been excellent as well. Either way, i wish every high street store offered this level of customer service!

Absolutely fantastic service from a very friendly guy and I'm amazed at how new my boots look after the heels were replaced. Amazing job! Puts your faith back into repairing things rather than throwing them out!
