Absolutely brilliant service 5 star!!!!! I had a new door fitted from Safestyle last year, they have now gone bust - no wonder! I had to have Safestyle back to the door 5 times, still did not resolve the issue, kept getting locked in or out of my property, they then sent another locksmith in from a agency, he said he had resolved to situation, but no, continued to get either locked in or locked out of my property and this has happened 5 times in the last week, the locking mechanism was not working, then all of a sudden it would release. Ken and his son Kenny came out to me today at short notice, spent ages on the door and frame, taking hinges off, adjusting everything and pointed out it had never been fitted into the frame correctly in the first place! The door was leaning to the left in the frame, Kenny adjusted absolutely everything, Kenny and his dad Ken are absolutely brilliant, can’t thank them enough and are really reasonable on what they charge! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, they went over and above resolving my issue, thank you 🙏👏❤️

We needed a new Yale lock adding to the front door. Access came out quickly did the job well and met our expectations. What was particularly nice was that they worked with our unusual door; popped out for a different part; and even looked at our faulty mortice and sorted out the catch plate. Would definitely recommend Access as a good quality local business if you are in Derby and nearby.

Blakey came out and fitted our free window locks that was under the offer on Facebook. We also had an extra 2 pairs of locks fitted on our other window. He was really friendly & helpful. He arrived slightly earlier than the slotted time which didn’t bother us in the slightest. He removed all rubbish & cleaned up any bits that dropped onto the floor. Would highly recommend Shefflock for all services. We’ve previously had our locks upgraded by them also.

I was tired of people using my drive to turn round, I didn't want to erect gates so after some investigation I decided to get Shefflock to install two retractable bollards. They (Blakey) carried out a quick and professional job. Arrived exactly on time as planned and completing on time. Highly recommended .

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.

I rang about trying to get into my van as I need to get to my tools as I had lost my keys, he asked for a couple of photos to se what he was dealing with and within half an hour he was here, he knew what he was doing and within 20 minutes I had access, very professional, very polite and a VERY good price 100% recommended. Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

Our side door was not locking and Paul came to the rescue! Not only did he give us a temporary lock to keep us safe and secure while he ordered a part in, but he was very nice, too! We will definitely call him should we need any locks fixing again.
