We chose Browns Garden Buildings as the garden room of the specification offered was well placed in the market with regards to quality and cost. When it came to the actually works to be commenced all went smoothly in the indicated time frame and where any small issues became apparent they were dealt with straight away to our satisfaction. The team on site met all our expectations and were very professional in the way they carried out their works. Would highly recommend.

I first met Chris when he was exhibiting at the Grand Designs Show in Birmingham. I was getting ideas for a garden room and having looked at all the exhibitors there, it was obvious that his was a superior product. There were some that were a lot cheaper, but frankly the quality wasn't as good. They would only have been suitable as a summer house and not for all year use. A lot of them had no insulation and a lot of the finishing on them looked rougher. I would rather pay more for the complete package, than buy something cheaper, and then have to throw money at it to bring it up to standard. He gave me a quick outline of costs and left me with it. A few months later, when I was in a position to proceed, I gave him a ring and booked the build. The whole process was straight forward and painless. I used his recommended contractor to lay the base, and I'm glad I did. He made a lovely job of the base and it was an absolutely perfect fit for the room when it arrived. The build itself was a three day process and the two guys who built it absolutely slaved away on what was the hottest day of the year so far on the first day, and continued to impress me as they finished the build to a high standard. I had opted for the Pembroke garden room, with the extended cover with down lights and I'm glad I did. The shed on the end is fantastic extra storage and the metal door is extremely secure. I can only speak as I find, and from start to finish Chris and his team have been superb. Any queries I had were answered promptly. There was no hard sell or salesman patter, and in reality the quality of his product sold itself. In this day and age, where mediocre service seems to be the norm, I'm pleased to say that Brown's Garden Buildings stood up and really delivered. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

If you are looking for a garden room look no further than Browns Garden Rooms. The guys that built our room were top notch, could not have helped enough. The weather in Aberdeen at the start of February was horrific and yet Rob (1 & 2) smiled and pilled through the works, working long in to the evening to get the job done. Chris back at base was really helpful and any question we had he dealt with promptly. To sum it up they did a cracking good job and we are really happy with quality craftsmanship. We would have no hesitation in recommending Browns. Anyone wanting to ask how this process and built went we are more than happy to answer question.

Thank you so much for my amazing beach hut. It is simply beautiful and the finish is faultless. It has been built with great attention to detail and was a perfect custom build to my requirements. The communication has kept me up to date and informed and the team have been genuinely engaged and dedicated to the project. I really couldn’t recommend Browns enough. From the first meeting, through to the drawing of plans and a few amendments that we wanted, everything was plain sailing. The service was particularly impressive, with Luke keeping in close touch via email and phone where necessary so that everything could easily be dealt with however busy everyone was. The finish on the building and interior is remarkable with a real attention to detail being shown. First class.
