Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. Everything properly tested and even done an extra job for me in a spare 10 minutes. Great job, thoroughly recommend.

Having used Laurence, Steve and Ollie for a number of years across a few different projects, I was thrilled when Laurence mentioned he offered solar panel and battery services now. We have just had 15 panels and 2 batteries installed into a property in Maidstone by Laurence and the team and it's all gone in perfectly. Daniel installed the wiring for our hot tub. First impression of Daniel was that he was very professional and polite with great knowledge of what to we needed done. Also after seeing what was required he provided a quote in the timescales he said (believe it was that night or maybe the next day). On the day, The workmanship was very good and to a very high standard, making all the exposed cabling look at neat as possible and hiding the cables where possible. Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. Best electrician around. Recommended via family, Jack and his team will be our point of contact moving forward for any electrical needs Jack has worked endless on our new home (from a new fuse box, to changing any light fixtures etc) and has a real touch for perfection and more importantly is completely transparent on what needs doing and doesn’t.
