Chris recently completed a job chasing in new plugs and switches for us. From start to finish Chris was fantastic. He was quick to answer my call, send across a quote and book me it at an appropriate time. He was polite, tidy, and talked me through what he was doing at each stage. He was also super friendly and very competitively priced. It turned out to be quite a long job but Chris went above and beyond to ensure it was done before the plasterers arrived. Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. A great experience of using Smart Home AV for CCTV installation and improving my home WiFi infrastructure. Scott and Andy are very professional, explained clearly (and simply!) what needed to be done and completed the job on time despite a few challenges. Would fully recommend.

We first thought that Smart Home were just about high-end 'smart home' installations - which is why initially asked Andy and Scott to cable TV and internet throughout our new home. But we soon realised they do much more than that - meaning we then asked them to install/update sockets and lights, and to take on a range of 'hidden challenges'. They solved everything - and have been a delight to work with. Highly recommended.

It was easy to contact them and we got a response quickly and were able to arrange date. Toby from Smart Home arrived on time and proceeded with setting up Smart TV. It took longer than expected as issue with slow internet! Very patient and helpful assisted with set up of Netflix/Amazon account and went on to explain how use different functions. We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. I am a small business owner I need need of full electric works done. Paul from D J Adams worked in my shop and installed new DC Immune, commercial fuse unit, linked several power sockets to DC Immune for protection on my equipment, did amazing lighting's and metal conduit sockets.
