Really excellent work done in a few hours in my first full day in my new flat- radiators replaced with a simple, slick replacement as requested, new light fittings from the choice kindly provided, new bathroom light which was really needed and a good replacement too - very reasonable rate indeed. Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. Tom is efficient, tidy, and excellent at explaining things as he goes. We had numerous little jobs around the house and he did them all expertly, have used him before and would absolutely recommend.

We needed some internal lights changed and also some external lights and floodlights fitted. Tom was diligent, got on with the job and even spotted a potential issue we were unaware of with regards to a lamp fitting that could have had serious consequences if left. Even when we changed our mind about the position of one of the external lights, it seemed no trouble for Tom to change it. Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers.
