We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.

My most recent experience with AA Electrical services has been next to none. My partner and I have recently bought a flat that required quite a lot of work. They completed various works, ranging from fitting new electric radiators and various switches and sockets to fixing an issue with our main circuit board which would have caused us problems in the future. Furthermore after the collapse of carpet right they also helped finishing our flooring and carried out some other decorative works. All to a very high standard! We had Alex carry out most of the works for us from AA. He was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend them enough!

I had "Electrical Sockets" work-related issues in my kitchen 06/08/24. Sockets connecting with the fridge, micro wave, kettle, washing machine , ninja cooker were not functioning. The oven however was working. Mimi was the electrical personnel from A A electrical services who attended my property. Mimi was: - Came in with the proper tool bags. Disposable shoe covers , presentable work uniforms and well stoked tool bags. - Brilliant in keeping me informed of the issues. - Sought my permission i.e. at various times to do additional testing that required switching off the mains. - Polite and detailed in explaining to me the options I may need to take and their relative costs. - Excellent listener. On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Highly recommend!! ER electrics have done a few jobs for me & I cannot fault them. Every job has been carried out with professionalism. They have fitted light battens, installed exterior lights, fitted an extractor fan & installed several new power sockets to name a few. I have a few more jobs in the pipeline and these guys are my #1 go to. Ive dealt mainly with Shane who is reliable and turns up when he says he will (which is big in itself, as prior to using this company I had been let down several times after being quoted and accepting it). They assess the job and provide helpful advice that I wouldn't have considered and which also resulted in a better outcome for me as a customer. Shane has been tidy & considerate when working in my home, which to me is also a big deal. All work is neat and done to a high standard. I'm very happy with everything & cannot recommend them enough!!
