I had "Electrical Sockets" work-related issues in my kitchen 06/08/24. Sockets connecting with the fridge, micro wave, kettle, washing machine , ninja cooker were not functioning. The oven however was working. Mimi was the electrical personnel from A A electrical services who attended my property. Mimi was: - Came in with the proper tool bags. Disposable shoe covers , presentable work uniforms and well stoked tool bags. - Brilliant in keeping me informed of the issues. - Sought my permission i.e. at various times to do additional testing that required switching off the mains. - Polite and detailed in explaining to me the options I may need to take and their relative costs. - Excellent listener. She replied with respect to my enquirers. - Kept the work area tidy. I highly recommend Mimi and AA Electrical Services.

My most recent experience with AA Electrical services has been next to none. My partner and I have recently bought a flat that required quite a lot of work. They completed various works, ranging from fitting new electric radiators and various switches and sockets to fixing an issue with our main circuit board which would have caused us problems in the future. Furthermore after the collapse of carpet right they also helped finishing our flooring and carried out some other decorative works. All to a very high standard! We had Alex carry out most of the works for us from AA. He was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend them enough!

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. This is my second only review on Google and a follow-up to my first. After a devastating disappointment with installers from my 1st review, I called Simon because he was the only one to inform me that my Smart panel would require a different installation procedure that was also apparently indicated by the manufacturer’s website. He didn’t require any information from the manufacturer. This was based on his thorough research and understanding of the mechanics behind the system. What a breath of fresh air to have a good technician by your side. Needless to say, He agreed to a fixed price after inspecting the mess that was left behind by the previous electricians and performed the following tasks: Repositioned and rewire the unit. Remove the 25mm conduits and replace them with 32mm. Installed an additional fusebox and tidied my consumer unit. I honestly have not met a more a professional person in this line of work. I am very grateful to have your competence and will highly recommend your service.

Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work.
