Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

I can not speak more highly of this company and customer service. Everything was conducted with Politeness, Professionalism and Dignity. The electricians name was Adam. He worked with Speed and Professionalism all the while conducting a conversation with us with a Sense of Humour. We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

I would highly recommend Bright Electrics i used them to test my electrics to get my Electrical installation condition certificate , Cris was professional and explained what he was doing and also what he was testing and why as I a was interested, he was neat and tidy when he did the additional work. After seeing the works these guys completed for my daughter, I got them out to complete some work for myself. They supplied and changed all of the downlights in my home for more energy efficient ones. As well as this, we were having issues with ventilation in our bathroom creating damp issues. They investigated the problem and they were very quick and efficient in fixing the issues found and explained everything very clearly to me. Matthew and his brother wired up my shed to connect power. They fitted an outdoor socket as well as lighting all round. On a separate occasion they supplied and fitted colour changing LED strip and profiling around my bedroom. Overall they have been really professional, polite and produce high quality work. One Call Electric installed Sockets in my shed (Man Cave) The work carried out was excellent, the armoured cable from the house to shed was installed along the bottom of the garden fence and barely visible. A job completed absolutely on time and to order, with all points of it very professionally as well as punctually performed. We were struck by the care taken in the scoping out and, thanks to the clear explanations (and documentation) that we received, would have full confidence in the after-sales service which is available if needed. P.S. Six months after those sentences were posted, a second very satisfying recourse to this company enables us to reaffirm every word.
