Simply outstanding service all the way through from my initial phone contact with Vikki who immediately understood what was required regarding my eletrical supply having been temporarily cut off by UK Power Networks and Christian who, the same day, attended my property to sort the problem and issue and email there and then, a certificate of minor works acceptable to UK Power Networks so they would then reconnect the electrical supply to my property. Highly recommended.

He is always responsive, on time and 100% reliable as well as being priced very reasonably. His work is always of a high standard. Vikki runs the admin side of the business very efficiently. Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. A real pleasure to have Christian then come out within hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Gates now working AAA+++. Turns out he tackles electrical problems of all sorts from new installs to repairs. Definitely now on my Go to list of service providers.

We had a problem with lighting in our downstairs bathroom with the existing fitting tripping the consumer unit. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. I cannot praise his work, attention to detail and prompt response too highly. James is the best electrician I’ve known since buying my first property in 1988. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. He was in constant contact throughout. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

ESS are our go to electrical company. we have used them ever since we moved to our house. They have never disappointed. we have been 100% happy with the work done, and also the price charged. The best thing about ESS is that Alan and his team are just so friendly and accommodating, which I don’t think is always a given with most trades companies. I am leaving this review now as our oven broke 2 working days before christmas when we are hosting. Alan responded immediately to our call, remedied the problem, sourced the part and fixed our oven within 24 hrs. He literally saved christmas. Amazing service as always. Thanks ESS!!

TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable. Karen sent her team into The Finance Hub to start delivering a key office essential PAT Testing. It was the most smoothest task for my Office Manager to carry out. We appointed Bright Spark Electrical services as they shout the loudest online and Karen is in our BNI group BUT so they should shout loud as they are brilliant. The testing day was booked easily, the chap turned up and did the job independently without disruption to our working office.and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.
