This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. Truly professional, almost unbelievable. My cynicism about trades' people has been at an all-time high after years of being let down, fobbed off, conned and endless chasing for mediocre results so when we needed a complete CCTV upgrade the thought of it weighed heavy on me. Am very happy that Able Cable found time to do this job for us. These guys are amazing. The booking is easy. Timely arrival of the professional. Been given a lot of recommendations and safety tips. Received the very clear listed quotation the next day. After ordering the works they came in time and worked hard for 2 days from morning until late in the afternoon. They did everything that was ordered. After they finished when I had questions Roo was very kind and answered my questions, walked with me from room to room and showed and explained what they did and how it all works or how is it all connected and why. I can't fault Able Cable at all. I've used them a couple of times now to add new sockets in the lounge (a double straight to the fuse board & a single socket spliced off existing sockets), centre the lights in the main bedroom and office upstairs, change a tired pendant light to a new LED strip and make a light switch safe to be changed to a chrome switch. I wouldn't look to hire anyone else at this point and I'm looking forward to hiring them again after my holiday to fit an extractor fan, centre some more lights and fit an external light. Cannot recommend these guys enough - very friendly, very efficient, tidied up some complicated wiring & gave me a bit of advice regarding filler for the ceilings and around the new socket.

Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

ESS are our go to electrical company. we have used them ever since we moved to our house. They have never disappointed. we have been 100% happy with the work done, and also the price charged. The best thing about ESS is that Alan and his team are just so friendly and accommodating, which I don’t think is always a given with most trades companies. I am leaving this review now as our oven broke 2 working days before christmas when we are hosting. Alan responded immediately to our call, remedied the problem, sourced the part and fixed our oven within 24 hrs. He literally saved christmas. Amazing service as always. Thanks ESS!!

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Exceptional service. An RCD tripped in my house and would not reset so I lost power in some important rooms. Bryden said they would be with me in an hour, which they were. Two electricians arrived and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later a temporary fix was in place. The broken part wasn't easy to source but they had one that evening and returned at 17h45 to put the permanent fix in place. Polite, friendly, professional, effective and reasonably priced. When I asked them if I needed a new fuse box they said, "No, save your money. We are not here to drum up more work". That's an exact quote. Suffice it to say that, going forward, they will be my first call on all things electrical.
