My most recent experience with AA Electrical services has been next to none. My partner and I have recently bought a flat that required quite a lot of work. They completed various works, ranging from fitting new electric radiators and various switches and sockets to fixing an issue with our main circuit board which would have caused us problems in the future. Furthermore after the collapse of carpet right they also helped finishing our flooring and carried out some other decorative works. All to a very high standard! We had Alex carry out most of the works for us from AA. He was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend them enough!

Just had Mimi come round to do a few small jobs: replacing a fuse, kitchen light and 2 plug sockets. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgable and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Excellent service - thank you! Highly recommended!

We have been using AA Electrical for a number of years and they have always delivered excellent service and results. Tim knows his business really well and is clearly up to date on all the latest developments, meaning you get informed and targeted advice on any repairs or changes you are planning. His team are also excellent - highly skilled, polite, a pleasure to have around.... and tidy! AA Electrical are my first port of call for any electrical work and will continue to be so - thoroughly recommend them!

I had "Electrical Sockets" work-related issues in my kitchen 06/08/24. Sockets connecting with the fridge, micro wave, kettle, washing machine , ninja cooker were not functioning. The oven however was working. Mimi was the electrical personnel from A A electrical services who attended my property. Mimi was: - Came in with the proper tool bags. Disposable shoe covers , presentable work uniforms and well stoked tool bags. - Brilliant in keeping me informed of the issues. - Sought my permission i.e. at various times to do additional testing that required switching off the mains. - Polite and detailed in explaining to me the options I may need to take and their relative costs. - Excellent listener. She replied with respect to my enquirers. - Kept the work area tidy. I highly recommend Mimi and AA Electrical Services.

Scott was incredibly helpful and friendly through the whole process. We needed new lights hung, one light moved and new sockets added. All work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption while working from home which is massively appreciated. Everything was left very neat and clean, almost as if he was never here! I would recommend Scott without any hesitation.

Error in my first “review”. Everything that has been said about Scott in all the reviews is correct. One could be wary of letting a stranger into your house to do work. With Scott there are no such concerns.From the first telephone conversation to his initial visit and to the work which took place this week I have nothing but praise for him and the work completed.I am looking around the house wondering what other electrical work needs doing be I would use his company again. Just to make it absolutely clear I may have inadvertently posted an earlier review by awarding only one star. This was an error on my part and in no way a criticism of Scott’s excellent work.

A small job by Scott in November 2024. External lights not working. I thought that a PIR Sensor that triggered the two lamps was faulty. I bought a matching sensor which Scott fitted. The lamps didn’t work. Scott stripped down the lamps and discovered the lamp holders were faulty. Job done in less than an hour. Straight away Scott proved he is a good electrician and works efficiently. I would recommend him.

Scott completed a variety of electrical jobs for me and was very efficient and gave good advice on how to attain the best results for me. Scott came to look at and quote for a number of electrical issues and enhancements at my house. He provided a very clear breakdown of costs, made it clear there were options on what could be done when for breaking out the work and provided options for when he could fit in to his schedule. His prices felt fair and the work was to a good standard, with good discussions around options along the way. There were some exterior light units where they had failed and he wasn’t able to change them without me having got replacements first, he made sure the cost that had been quoted for that was deducted. I’ll definitely be going to Scott for electrical needs again

Found these local electricians late one evening when i had a fault. Our House is old and wiring needed replacing, they did a free test first so to make sure, so not to over charge. Standard of work was high and clean. Price given initially given was paid, even though we added some small jobs. These Electricians, both Steve & James are very accommodating and easy to deal with. Cannot recommend this company enough. Had no power to my flat due to an electrical fire caused by poor wiring. Steve the electrician came in and tried to test and reconnect me but the main cable to the flat was old and dangerous to use. With the help of an abseiling team Steve and Mark rewired the main cable 6 stories down the communal wall and reconnected the power within days. Thank you Steve! Mark also educated me on the meaning of IP ratings whilst trying to buy light fittings for my bathroom. Fantastic knowledge! 👌🏼💥 Not the cheapest company to use but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

Ben came highly recommended by my sister whom he did some great work for last year. This time around, my mum experienced total power failure in her conservatory/adjoining toilet. Ben arrived early to the appointment, promptly diagnosed the problem and provided an effective solution equally quickly. He also took the time to explain to my elderly mum - in lay person's terms - what the problem was and how he solved it. Aside from being friendly and personable, Ben is honest, which is a rarity these days. Many a tradesman has been known to stretch their hourly call-out rate so they venture into the second hour - even if they’ve discovered the problem within the first hour. But not Ben. He found and fixed the problem within the first hour and charged my mum accordingly. Ben is the consummate professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of a trusted tradesman. He's a top man!

Ben was amazing. Very professional and helpful. He installed a consumer unit, sockets and run cables for future extension. Worked very clean and fast. Everything done in less than a day. Considering that there are so many electricians out there, I couldn't recommend Ben enough. He doesn't know it yet but when the extension is up, he will be the one I call to set up the electricity in the new kitchen. Adam came to re-fit some bathroom lights which weren't working. He carried out the job with minimum fuss and left the area he was working in, spotless. Adam is super professional and diligent. He and his team re-wired my house and has since done other jobs for me too. Adam offered some great suggestions and advice throughout the rewire and was also very patient with me asking a million questions. Re-wiring is a messy job, but Adam made sure that the house was left as tidy as feasibly possible which I appreciated.
