Ollie arrived promptly and efficiently removed the charger without any fuss, while Andy visited the new property to assess and price the reinstall. They were thoughtful enough to recognise the inconvenience of being without the charger, which I really appreciated. Scheduling the reinstall was smooth and easy—I picked a date that worked for me, and I was booked in with no hesitation. On the day of the installation, Kris arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. The whole process was seamless, and I was up and running again in no time.
