Elliott came 10 minutes after I called him at around 10.00pm as we had a power problem. He fixed the problem quickly and I would thoroughly recommend him for any electrical work.

Always been delighted with the work from Dorset Electrical. Our house isn't easy at times, with lathe and plaster walls Mark, our regular electrician has always managed to find a way to do the job neatly and in good time.

Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1. Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! Everything friendly, cheerful, efficient, responsive and charged exactly the price agreed in advance. We are very happy (and warm!) bunnies indeed. Thank you Joe and Mark! Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. Robins team completed the work here efficiently and carefully. All his team are respectful of property and adapted items to fit within my preferences. I would, and have absolutely recommended Robins team to others. The efficiency of the solar system is so good, it's almost too good to be true.

Robin is open and honest, explains the work to be done and the products to be used. Our solar panel installation was delayed for a day due to an overrun on the previous job which meant the team only had one day to complete the installation. This was achieved. The team were all polite, friendly and personable and took care of our property. Robin checked the job and made some adjustments to ensure all was as it should be. All essential paperwork was provided promptly and questions asked by email were answered after reminding. Communication was better than average than the Dorset tradesmen we’ve experienced to date. Price was competitive and staged payments were very fair. We are pleased with the outcome and are happy to recommend Robin and his team.

We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Chris completed the work to a great level of quality, and was flexible when we had to make some minor design changes along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris, and we will certainly contact Chris again for any future work.

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. Carl and the team did a fantastic job the installation was so professional and they are all really friendly and helpful every thing was explained before the installation went ahead and then when they had finished Carl explained what we needed to do to make the best use of our solar panels and if we had any questions after we could contact him, looking forward to receiving the drone footage they also took. Carl and his team from Evolution Electrical installed our Solar System, the service we received was excellent from start to finish and we highly recommend this company. We have 12 solar panels and a battery by Sunsynk Solar Systems. The App is a great addition too, it tells you how the system is performing. Very pleased, thank you very much.

Carl and team recently upgraded my PV system adding 10 more panels, an extra battery and upgraded my invertor from a 3.68kw to a 8.8kw. He initially installed a 10 panel system last year so it made sense to invite him back to for the upgrade. Carl fitted our sunsynk inverter and battery with great care ensuring the positioning of both met our requirements, the cables were all routed invisibly so not be intrusive! His attention to detail and explanation of how the system worked was excellent. He also provided excellent after care service when I wanted help with some of the settings to get the maximum from the system. Highly recommend him.
