I am a very nervous patient but was put at ease and the lady dentist was very gentle and explained everything to me even though I am hard of hearing. Not as worried about my next appointment. Would highly recommend :)

Went in for what i thought would be an assessment on a broken tooth and was told she could extract it there and then which i must admit, caught me a little unprepared. I wasn't rushed or pressured in any way but decided to go ahead, why delay the inevitable. She talked me through the whole process, gave me 2 completely pain free injections, literally didn't even feel a scratch, she checked to make sure they had taken effect then got to work, took her time and fairly gently pulled the broken tooth out in one piece. She gave good easy and and clear aftercare advice and made the whole experience about as comfortable and pleasant as a tooth pulling could be. I should also mention her dental assistant who was also top class.

The dentist explained the procedure clearly and asked medical history of patient before treatment. She showed concern for the anxiety of the patuent whom was comforted during the treatment. Notice of precautions after treatment was given to enable the patient to recover quickly.
