I am a nervous patient with very sensitive teeth so I always feel anxious visiting the dentist but my experiences here are great. Both the dentist, Dr Sreedevi Nair, and hygienist, Rafaela Simoneti, are calm, kind and sensitive. The reception staff are also efficient and friendly. I recommend this practice.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The receptionists were lovely and friendly. The Dentist and his assistant were perfect. They made my children feel so relaxed knowing it was their first time visiting a dentist. There was no judgment at all. My daughters, who were originally very fearful, left the dentist with a smile on their faces and can't wait to visit again

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the excellent dental care I have received from Edgbaston Dental Centre. I had mixed experiences with dentists before, so I was nervous when I went to the Centre. I have attended 3 times now, and each time I have received excellent dental treatment. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Jannat Mohammad as my dentist. She was very thorough in examining me and devising a treatment plan. The fillings she has done have relieved me of a lot of discomfort and pain. She has patiently answered all my queries and even called me back to explain things I was not clear about the first time. She is a gentle, compassionate, and excellent dentist. The reception staff (in particular, Azeem and Sharan) are very courteous, helpful and professional. They were very helpful when I requested my dental records from the first consultation. It has been a pleasure to interact with them. All in all, I am very happy with the Dental Centre. Given the variable quality of dentists out there, I feel very fortunate in receiving dental care from the Edgbaston Dental Centre. Dr. Ashok Patnaik

I had my first ever dentist appointment today with Dr Priya Pattar. She is such a nice lady. She really wanted me to have a good first experience because i was very nervous. She managed to calm me down a bit but it was just an examination. The worst is to come because i need fillings. And i'm terrified of needles. She's already explained what to expect and what i can do to not freak out about it. So i definitely recommend her.

A really lovely surgery in my experience. My dentist is ever so patient with me and my phobia. He's incredibly supportive during appointments and follows up with referrals. He's thorough and I can't complain... My son and a few other people I know are registered there and they've all had excellent service over the years. I joined the surgery as emergency patient after my previous dentist really traumatised me and Dr B has been phenomenal with my treatment. And the other dentists my son and others have seen have been amazing. The only issue I've ever had was when I had an injury and took my son in and his appointment was upstairs, mine are always downstairs, and I had a crutch but like 3 people appeared to help and be there just in case of anything which was really sweet... there isn't a lift but there is a handrail... and they really do try to support and accommodate you. . .I'm sure if I had remembered that his appointment was upstairs and asked for one on a day when it could be downstairs they would have made the change but I wasn't used to asking for adjustments. But they're a great surgery. I get reminder calls, texts and emails like 48 hours before my appointments which is very helpful with my adhd.
