I have just completed a course of dental work at Church Road Dental Practice in Welwyn Garden City. My dentist was Saira Madhani, and I highly recommend her. I recently had to have root canal treatment, followed by a crown being fitted. From the first time I met Saira, she put me at ease. I was in a lot of pain and quite distressed, but her professionalism along with her genuine kindness took away my anxiety and I felt as if I was in safe hands. My root canal treatment was not straightforward, as I had two very narrow and conjoining root canals in the one tooth, instead of one wider one. The initial thought was that I may have to be referred to a specialist as the procedure was complicated. However, over the course of two appointments, Saira managed to successfully complete the procedure. I felt no pain throughout, and I can say that this has been the first time that a dentist has given me a numbing injection without the injection hurting. I don’t know how she managed that. In addition to Saira’s exceptional dentistry, she also showed exceptional care, regularly asking how I was throughout each procedure, she genuinely cares for her patients. She also talked me through each step of the procedure to make sure I knew what would happen. I have had a lot of complicated dentistry work done over many years, but Saira is by far the best dentist I have ever had, and her professionalism and care is second to none. I can highly recommend Saira.

Absolutely great. My son has been having treatments done for his teeth for a few months now. He was anxious about from the beginning but both Saira and Karen helped him through it each time. They took the time to explain the procedures to him and we're very patient and encouraging when he needs a break now and then, so a big thank you to them. He said he couldn't have got it done without them.

Church Road Dental Practice is hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff are welcoming, professional and efficient. George and his team are thorough, gentle and take the time to explain every step of the process, making even the most nervous patients feel at ease. Excellent dental practice would highly recommend, my first time visiting today, extremely friendly team and put me at ease, dentist explained everything thoroughly, but with no pressure, unlike my last dental practice. So glad I changed to this one. 10/10
