Having used another dentist in BS, and being unhappy with the general advice and service, my wife encouraged me to use Bupa. I was seen today by Garima and her assistant. Friendly with great communication, I really could not fault any aspect of my visit, all of the staff are very professional and welcoming, I now know why my wife and kids actually enjoy visiting this practice! I have booked up a full programme of dental work knowing I am in capable hands! Thank you Bupa Bishop's Stortford.

Find all staff especially Suki, Chloe and Nadia absolutely fantastic. Never had any issues, really put you at ease. I've had a few teeth pulled in the past but no one as good or quick and painless as Suki. Bravo to you all

As always totally happy ! Anita ( my dentist) is such a lovely , caring and professional lady and takes every step to help me to relax . Like most people I find the dentist very daunting, but I have less anxiety now about visiting since I have joined this practice. Katie , was absolutely lovely !!! She carried out my hygiene work and used the new Airflow system , which not only tasted very nice , but was totally pain free . Mr Amey , the practice manager is a really nice guy,so helpful, approachable , kind and truly professional.. I can't go without mentioning the reception staff who are absolutely lovely too . Big welcoming smiles as you walk in . I travel 45 minutes to get here , so that tells you a lot about my experience as a customer . 10/10 always ! Thank you to all . Karen Bruce

Shrina and Chloe saw me today for my tooth extraction. They were both absolutely amazing and understood nervous patients very well! Shrina explained everything all the way through and left me feeling so much better ! Chloe was wonderful and made me feel so much better. Today I had my new patient check up with Chee. She made me feel at ease as I have a phobia of dentists. Both Chee and her dental assistant were very understandable and patient with me when I had dental treatment after the check up. Thank you Chee for restoring my confidence to visit the dentists after years of not being able to because of nerves.
