My daughter had her new braces fitted 5 days ago, and during a routine check up at our regular dentist, on day 5, one of the bite blocks became dislodged. 😭Kelly arranged emergency appointment and we’ll be sorted tomorrow. My son and I visited for his first appointment on Wednesday. The practice is run exceptionally well! To say I was impressed is an understatement! We were seen so quickly that my son was disappointed as he wanted more time out of school 😂! Every member of staff we encountered was professional, warm and kind. We were both very impressed!! It’s hugely disappointing to see a 1 star review being given when it is completely unfair and unjust! How someone, who selfishly obstructed a funeral procession (especially as the practice states on every text message that you should park in local car parks!) take to Google review and give a 1 star review is utterly ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourself! Well, what I can say is that this is the easiest 5 star 🌟 review I have ever given! Keep up the good work 👏🏻❤️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you are thinking of having orthodontic treatment, look no further. I should have had my teeth straightened years ago. Ever since I was a teenager I have made a conscious effort not to show my teeth. How bad could they be I hear you say! To give you an idea, they looked like someone had let a hand-grenade off in a piano, they resembled unkept grave yard. I had an overshot bite, teeth in the wrong place and my case was so bad, I almost had to have surgery to correct my bite. I had my consultation at Limes and following X-rays and review of my case, I was started on treatment that would last approximately 2.5 years. It wasn’t easy and sometimes I questioned why I was doing it so late in life. Today the braces came off and I now have the smile and teeth I have always wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and this was all made possible by the wonderful team at Limes. The staff at limes are fantastic, always polite, happy to see you and can’t do enough to make you feel at ease. If you’re thinking of having treatment, I’d recommend you to go to Limes, even if it’s just for a consultation. I did and I haven’t looked back.
