Staff are very friendly, and the dentists are thorough. I had a few concerns, so they sent me for further examinations at the hospital and will call me directly to let me know the results.

I have been coming to see Dr Aiysha for a couple of years now and have gotten a fair bit of work with her. I put off seeing the dentist for a while as I have had bad experiences but she always explains our options and makes me feel comfortable. I have now moved my son over to this clinic, and recommended it to my friends as well. Great work! I actually look forward to improving my teeth now.

Aiysha Kanji is a very professional and articulate dentist. I was a new patient to the practice and she took the time to listen to my history and expertly advise me, giving me options to ensure I was comfortable with choices available. I look forward to continuing my care with her, knowing I'm in competent hands.

I have to admit that this practice is amazing. Receptionists are very helpful. Specially if you need to rebook or change dates.I am thankful from the bottom of my heart to the receptionist who moved my appointment to later when I was late due to traffic. Dentist that I have been seeing recently is also very helpful and welcoming. She addresses all the issues. I am thankful for your treatment.

Dr Popat is the best dentist I've ever had. I have been his patient for 18 months after having been referred from my existing dentist for a bit of a complicated grinding issue. Shameek took the time to correct my underlying issues rather than just aesthetically mask the symptoms and at all times has been incredibly clear and communicative about my treatment plan. He is the best. The other staff at Rosebank are also fabulous, very friendly, understanding and helpful, including the dental assistants/nurses and the reception staff. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Chandni Shah and Dr Binisha Patel, You both are legends because you made sure we were comfortable during the treatments (because the word dental gives me a nightmare personally and you knew it too🥲). Also, the dental nurse (the tall one) is an angel. The place was hygienically clean and both of them were professional yet down to the earth. I would highly recommended it if you are referred by your local dentist. I have been using Mount Vernon Dental specialists for many years and have had excellent treatment from Dr Zanaboni for 2 implants. I also had a referral from my local dentist in Hertfordshire for complicated treatment as they are the best for miles around. Great practice , Great Doctors and receptionists. We have moved now but any concerns we go to Mount Vernon Dental Specialists. My wife and I happily travelled 3hrs to see them today for treatment as their care is outstanding.

From first contacting the practice to explain my current situation, needing some extensive work to repair a broken tooth and replace a missing temporary filling replacing an original metal filling, the practice staff were great and efficient. The Practice is convenient with parking directly adjacent and also a very welcoming environment. I was under the care of Dr Yerbury and can only say the care received was excellent, with much time taken to explain first the options for the treatments and then covering each step of the process. Thanks to all the staff for making this a more pleasant experience than expected. I will be happy to return later in the year to get another issue i have treated. Paul Mitchell

I had a single bad experience where I wasn’t told that my appointment was cancelled so was of course very frustrated after making my way there heavily pregnant however since then I have been very happy with service received. Anjali Gandhi is a fantastic dentist. She is very thorough with explaining and is extremely personable.

Have recently changed to this practice and I’m really impressed. Have been treated by Dr Riaz and he’s efficient and explains everything as he goes along. Took a while to get registered but the since then very happy with the practice. Receptionists have been friendly and helpful.

A big thank you to the staff at Croxley dental clinic! I had an appointment on Friday and 2 hours before I realise that I was going to be unable to attend at the time that I was booked in due to an unforeseen circumstance, I was of the belief at the time this may have meant to cancel my appointment and I would have to pay a fee however I called them and spoke to a lovely member of staff, they were all so accommodating and ensured me they would do everything they could to help, they managed to move somebody on a later time to my time therefore give me enough time to make my appointment and prevent me having to rebook or pay a cancellation fee! The ladies at reception were second to none, really polite, professional and helpful in the situation. On arrival I was promptly called to see the dentist. The reception staff then helped me in organising my next visit and were are extremely accommodating around my busy work schedule. Thank you so much for all of the staff there you do a wonderful job!

I have recently had to have 3 veneers to cover the state of my teeth post an accident. Vidya has been absolutely amazing, the time she has taken to explain the process and ensure they looked as good as possible. I am so pleased with them, I can’t thank her enough. Had two wisdom teeth taken out with Tina and her team, was the first time getting teeth out and sedation. They made me feel so comfortable and was so amazing with me, couldn't of had a better experience. I came here today for my wisdom tooth to be removed as it was cracked off and only had half of the tooth. I was very nervous and was shaking the entire time and the lady in with me was amazing held my hand the whole time I felt so sorry for her as my hands were very sweaty and she still didn’t mind and she made me feel relaxed the whole time as much as I was shaking. The surgeon himself was amazing explaining everything to me and reassuring me the whole time also the other lady who was doing the suction pipe was very reassuring. A brilliant team. for any nervous people who need the surgery I hope you get the 3 people I had because they was just amazing they are a true credit to chartwell dental clinic.

Five stars well earned. My daughter was referred for a tooth extraction today with Tina and all the staff here were amazing. It took us a while to talk her into the procedure as she was so nervous and upset but everyone took it at her pace and they were so lovely and understanding. Bonus points for the extra care they gave to both of us parents who were faint and exhausted by the end too. We cannot thank all the staff at Chartwell clinic enough. Fantastic!
