I've had brilliant services by every member of this dental practice to date. From appointment booking to treatment its great. My kids were removed by another dental surgery due to NHS issues, no other local dentists were willing to register again. Bricketwood had no hesitancy. Had an emergency appointment for my son for a chipped tooth and I was extremely worried I'd be on a long wait list. Got an appointment within 24 hours as they didn't want to leave a child in pain. Preferred to check asap. This was again under the NHS service.

I was referred to Bricketwood to have a wisdom tooth removed under sedation. Due to previous bad experiences with tooth extractions, I was nervous about having it done, however the whole experience was incredibly positive. From my initial phone conversation with Monica, who explained everything thoroughly and really put me at ease, to the care I received from the anaesthetist and dental surgeon during the procedure - they both made me laugh and feel as relaxed as possible before starting. I felt very safe and well looked after, thank you all!

I was reffered to this dentist by my own dentist to assist in a difficult tooth extraction and as I was taking a blood thinner. I attended this morning and was able to park in the surgery car park, which was great. I found the waiting room very clean, warm and tidy. The receptionists were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was seen by a dentist called Miss Sahra Jabbar. She was lovely, very calming and I loved the way she explained everything she was about to do and she really put me at ease. After 2 painless injections she completed what was apparently a very difficult job in seconds and completely pain free. I was thrilled. Thank You Sahra and not forgetting your dental nurse. I thoroughly recommend Bricketwood Practice, especially if your worried about going to see a dentist.
