I recently had the pleasure of visiting (Dentality at Hoddesdon)Dr. Brinder and nurse Regina. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at ease. Dr. Brinder took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The procedure itself was virtually painless, and I appreciated how gentle and caring the entire team was throughout. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which added to the overall sense of confidence and trust I felt. I highly recommend Dr Brinder to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and approachable dentist. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!

Hi everyone, just wanna put a comment on this dentist. Firstly I’m scared of dentists, but I took the plunge and went to see Vishal, he was recommended to me. As you can imagine I was nervous. My teeth I knew were in a diabolical condition. Anyway I didn’t to need worry, from the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel welcome and more importantly I was reassured that I was fixable. Vish explained in fine detail, what I needed done, and how the plan was going to work out. I had previously been seeing an nhs dentist in another town, whom I now realised was doing the bare minimum that nhs allows them to do, which ultimately led to my poor oral hygiene and eating too much sugar. Vish took so much of his time to really look at my teeth etc, and he devised a treatment plan, not going to lie I was nervous about starting treatment, but Vish and his staff were so kind and more importantly patient and professional with me. Now I’ve started my treatment, it’s a long road ahead but the staff there have made me feel confident, when I used to smile before, I’d always put my hand over my mouth, now I’m proud to show everyone. Look it’s not a quick fix and I’m not even half way there, but I know it’ll be worth it, and everyone has commented on how better I look. The time and precision they put into your plan is amazing, they are so intricate to your needs. So my last point, is if you feel nervous or worried, please visit these guys, they’ve given me so much confidence just with a smile. Maria R

I changed my dentist. Bupa @ Waltham Cross and wow wow wow what a difference. My dentist Rachel was absolutely amazing. An initial check up lead to a dental plan was explained clearly and what each stage entails. Bupa @ Waltham Cross are piecemeal, in fact due to one of the dentists I feared going there. She caused me so much suffering and failed to treat the underlying problem, focusing exclusively on my gum disease. Terrible and three days for an emergency appointment is appalling. They are scammers. Anyway back to Rachel, best dentist ever. The girls at reception are so nice and professional. Jonathan dental nurse was lovely. Rachel treated my dry socket, relieved the pain, gave me two courses of anti biotics took lots of pictures and x ray, and gave me a road to dental happiness. I am happy to pay every penny and thank God for sending me down this road. Incredible surgery, Incredible professional, polite and caring people. It looks like a harley street surgery. Special care and consideration given by Dr Hirani and the dental care assistant has made visiting the dentist with my son a positive experience . Extra time given for appointments and engaging in his interests have really helped his confidence ! Thankyou .

I’ve been putting off going to the dentist for a long time because of bad experiences with others in the past, but was made to feel so comfortable here. The staff are so professional and friendly. Dr Jiwa was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. Very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend!

Firstly before I give my good reviews I have to start with the bad. This was my daughters first appointment with this practice. So the first person we met was the rude receptionist lady who made no eye contact didn't even say hello. Now when we left she didn't even acknowledge us standing there waiting to make a appointment she was on her phone. Again no eye contact and didn't even say anything to me or my child. Very odd as when there was a other family she smiled and greeted the kids after there appointment and gave them stickers!!! Why was that energy not given back to us very odd women. But regardless the dental practitioners was absolutely amazing very friendly my daughter was nervous but they made here feel comfortable and they did more for than any other dentist being informative so that's why I give them 4 stars if it wasn't and based off the rude not friendly receptionist I would of given them 1 star!
