I can’t highly recommend Dr Patel enough! Dr Patel has given me so much great advice and treatment over the past few years. Dr Patels whole approach feels personal. She puts you at ease and explains all treatments thoroughly. Not only by discussing the dental plan but she also provides visuals to help you know what your teeth will look like after treatment. I have recently had full composite bonding on my upper teeth. Dr Patel and I had consultations throughout and it wasn’t rushed at all she wanted to get it right for me. Dr Patel worked really hard for me to feel comfortable with my smile again. Nothing is too much trouble for her and when she checks in to make sure I’m happy with the end result in her own time, I know she cares about me and her work. The staff at the practice are also superb they are so friendly and efficient. It’s an all round great experience!

I’m a nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in many years. Diane put me at total ease. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. Afterwards, the lady on reception was really friendly too. A great experience.

My daughter broke her tooth Friday. I called iconic smiles straight away, even though they are very busy, Tanya the receptionist got her in. Her tooth was built up by the very talented Natasha. It looks perfect, like her own tooth. I really can't recommend the whole team enough. They are professional, caring and extremely good with nervous patients. If I moved to Scotland, I'd still use them. They are stuck with me. Sorry Tanya 😁

I've not had the best time the last few times but the guy I saw today more than made up for that. He had mid length hair and was on the top floor but I don't know his name. He's been there since September 24 and I highly recommend him as he was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and had a smile. I hope he's there when I return.

I found the Dentist, Josh to be very efficient, and thorough. He immediately knew what my problem was and dealt with it promptly, his highly skilled and professional, he had given the advise on what to do for aftercare with great explanation in detailed, specially if you have a dry socket tooth! Special Thanks must also go to the reception staff Tanya, for booking me in today for an Emergency appointment, she listened and was very patient and tried her best to assist me. I would highly recommend Iconic Smiles to friends and family. Thank you to all the staff, very friendly environment.

Just my 6 monthly check up, but this was a very good experience. Seen on time, after having a quick chat with the lovely receptionist, a very thorough check up by the dentist and some helpful advice given.

Very nice dentist, she introduced herself & her assistant making me feel at ease. She also explained what the general checkup involved. The receptionist is lovely, very friendly & chatty.

I’m quite a nervous patient but whenever I arrive the lovely receptionist always has a smile on her face and so so friendly. The dentist I have seen is always so calm and reassuring I’m easily put to ease straight away. She generally cares and always asks how things are checks health of gums as well as teeth.

I only started having treatment at Together Dental Broxbourne this summer, and have been impressed by how professional, but also kind and understanding all the staff are. Nothing is a problem. I went to them with a serious infection, I was pretty unwell with it, but am happy to say I was in the hands of a very experienced team, my treatment started on the day I called to make an appointment. I saw Ria recently for a hygienist appointment and was a little nervous as my last clean up was February. Ria and her assistant were really lovely, I felt at ease and came away feeling great. If anyone is nervous about having anything to do with dentists I'd strongly recommend a visit to see this great team.

Had two appointments, roughly two weeks apart. One for diagnosis and medication and one for an extraction. Saw a dentist called Sean Barlow. Going to the dentist is never normally a nice experience, but Sean was excellent both times. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now. I have left a previous review and I can’t say enough about this dental practice. Every one is amazingly nice and understanding if you’re nervous or can’t sit in the chair for too long. Absolutely recommend them and you feel you have the best technology and equipment and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else again. Teeth are ongoing work but already happy with the results!

Had an emergency appt for a cracked tooth yesterday. Dr Raj as always, did an amazing, pain free job. The whole team from reception onwards are professional, warm and welcoming in this very modern, state of the art practice.

One of the best dentist we have been to! I have an autistic child and the dentist is so patient and calm with him. She always explains what she’s doing. And she does not pressure the kids into hurrying up. She makes sure they are comfortable! We are so lucky to have a dentist in the area that is so good with the children!

Dr Indumini and Roshan were so kind and considerate with me especially as they knew I have a fear of dentists, they kept reassuring me and gave me all the time I needed when they were checking my teeth. Even when checking they were they were really careful and gentle so I wasn’t in pain, and whenever they saw me in distress they slowed down/stopped until I told them it was okay. Truly a brilliant doctor/team! Thank you!

I had my first appointment today at Amwell practise with Ronak, and I can honestly say it was the best experience! From the moment I checked in with the receptionist, who was super funny and welcoming, to sitting down in the chair with Ronak and his assistant I felt at ease, looked after and very happy with the whole service. Ronak answered all my questions, and kept me informed during the appointment on what he was doing and WHY (it’s nice to actually know this, as lot of dentist don’t say) If you’re looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend the practise!

Highly recommend this surgery, tucked away down a side alley. Lovely quaint building. Always made to feel welcome. Appointments run on time. Dentist and Nurse are always kind, patient and reassuring. They are excellent with my young neurodiverse 8 year old. Gentle and caring and explaining every little detail to him before they do it. Best dentist I’ve ever had. 5 ⭐️

Dr Jon is amazing, such a skilled dentist and a really lovely man. He made me feel so at ease, took the time to explain the process to me. He showed genuine care and compassion and gave me reassurance when I was feeling anxious. He was so understanding and insightful when I explained what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. The rest of the team were also really friendly.

A visit to the dentist can rarely be said to be a pleasurable experience. However this was the case for our 1st visit to Hertfordshire Dental Group. After being loyal customers of a private dentist close to our home for the last 44 years, the principal reason for the move was the decline in experienced staff since it's acquisition by a large medical group. We both agreed that the 30 min journey, instead of 5, was much more than justified by the quality of treatment care and service rediscovered at HDG.

I think this is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to in my whole life. Simon has been brilliant and I’ve tested him to the max!! He is the most patient and the first dentist that’s actually explained to me what they’re going to do. I wished I’d found this Dentist years ago., The receptionist staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly.

Ive been here several times and each time i go they exceed my expectations. The best dental advice, plans and treatments and really friendly dentists that treat you like a human being rather than a number. Highly recommended them and if your a nervous patient they are also fantastic at making you relaxed and confident. Will never go to another dentist again. Me and my partner have been going to this practice for a couple of years now, and can actually say we look forward to our appointments! I recently had Composite Bonding and teeth whitening done with Pav, and I honestly am still amazed at the results. I’ve had so many compliments on how natural they look (attached before & after pics). The best part really was the service from the team - they knew I wanted to get it done in time for a special trip, so made sure I fitted in the diary so everything was perfect for me before going! Huge thank you to Pav, Steph and Avnisha for this. I think we’ve been seen by most of the dentists here now and can safely say every single person in the team, including the receptionists/dental nurses, are so friendly, kind and patient. I look forward to catching up with them all every 6 months 🤣 Could not imagine going anywhere else.

After having a bad experience with another dentist in the past I was very nervous but after reading the reviews here I decided to book with them. I can honestly say that they are all amazing here. Anvisha is a very sweet, kind and lovely lady. She makes you feel so welcome and has an amazing calm and gentle presence about her. Steph is also very similar and such a friendly girl. I was very nervous at my first appointment with them but have been back a few times since then and I get the same warm welcome every time. You have restored my faith in dentists. Thank you!

Just had a family appointment with this dentist, who we have all used for many years. The best dentist we have ever used. Very helpful and friendly. Always put us all at ease. I changed my dentist. Bupa @ Waltham Cross and wow wow wow what a difference. My dentist Rachel was absolutely amazing. An initial check up lead to a dental plan was explained clearly and what each stage entails. Bupa @ Waltham Cross are piecemeal, in fact due to one of the dentists I feared going there. She caused me so much suffering and failed to treat the underlying problem, focusing exclusively on my gum disease. Terrible and three days for an emergency appointment is appalling. They are scammers. Anyway back to Rachel, best dentist ever. The girls at reception are so nice and professional. Jonathan dental nurse was lovely. Rachel treated my dry socket, relieved the pain, gave me two courses of anti biotics took lots of pictures and x ray, and gave me a road to dental happiness. I am happy to pay every penny and thank God for sending me down this road. Incredible surgery, Incredible professional, polite and caring people. It looks like a harley street surgery. So classy and patient focused. Thanks Rachel for all your help and thanks to everyone else. Look forward to seeing you next week. Never could hear myself say that. I recently had the pleasure of visiting (Dentality at Hoddesdon)Dr. Brinder and nurse Regina. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at ease. Dr. Brinder took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The procedure itself was virtually painless, and I appreciated how gentle and caring the entire team was throughout. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which added to the overall sense of confidence and trust I felt. I highly recommend Dr Brinder to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and approachable dentist. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!

Prior to meeting Dr Malik the dentist had filled me with dread and before I sat in the chair I'd be in tears. Dr Malik is the most lovely genuine dentist I've ever had. I leave the chair with a smile. Not only that seeing the progress and general condition of my teeth and gums has really boosted my confidence in life and attending my appointments, so much so I am actively now asking about more treatments and ways to improve the overall visuals and condition of my teeth. I cannot thank her enough, I never would have thought I'd ever make this progress with visits to the dentist. I was too scared to even attend general check ups! It really is all down to Dr Malik. I have been recommending her to friends and family... I never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to attending the dentist!!!! I really am looking forward to seeing the general condition of my teeth and gums improving! Again, another dentist appointment today I left with a smile!

Hi everyone, just wanna put a comment on this dentist. Firstly I’m scared of dentists, but I took the plunge and went to see Vishal, he was recommended to me. As you can imagine I was nervous. My teeth I knew were in a diabolical condition. Anyway I didn’t to need worry, from the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel welcome and more importantly I was reassured that I was fixable. Vish explained in fine detail, what I needed done, and how the plan was going to work out. I had previously been seeing an nhs dentist in another town, whom I now realised was doing the bare minimum that nhs allows them to do, which ultimately led to my poor oral hygiene and eating too much sugar. Vish took so much of his time to really look at my teeth etc, and he devised a treatment plan, not going to lie I was nervous about starting treatment, but Vish and his staff were so kind and more importantly patient and professional with me. Now I’ve started my treatment, it’s a long road ahead but the staff there have made me feel confident, when I used to smile before, I’d always put my hand over my mouth, now I’m proud to show everyone. Look it’s not a quick fix and I’m not even half way there, but I know it’ll be worth it, and everyone has commented on how better I look. The time and precision they put into your plan is amazing, they are so intricate to your needs. So my last point, is if you feel nervous or worried, please visit these guys, they’ve given me so much confidence just with a smile. Maria R
