Very quick to get an appointment. Dentist explained in detail what to expect, the procedure and costs. Receptionist's really helpful and went out of their way to listen and assist. Great to see that they also take on NHS patients.

I decided to attend this dentist due to recommendation from friends, I'm a very nervous patient with a tendency to stop visiting after one appointment. However, this practice made me feel so relaxed and reassured that I look forward to going again and having treatments to get my oral health on track. All the staff have been super friendly and informative, very caring when it comes to nervous patients, I had a deep clean done which I was dreading, but my lovely dentist talked me through it and what to expect, offered me various numbing options and routinely stopped to check I was okay. It was a breeze! Would highly recommend this place, affordable rates for private work which helps! :D

Warm reception welcome and had my second appointment with Dr Hawa. Not only did she complete my crown treatment in 2 appointments but I raised a concern about another tooth. She assessed and cleaned the tooth and gum line. Throughout the 2 appointments, she kept me informed of the process and aftercare. Thank you for my treatment and helping me feel relaxed by keeping me engaged in conversations.

This dental practice does wonders! I have been three times now. First for a check up, second for a filling which was done beautifully. And third for composite bonding to be done on two teeth. Sousan was my dentist and she did a great job on my bonding as well as my filling previously. She was patient and took her time to perfect my teeth. Although I left with some very sore gums, I am very happy with my smile.

Reception staff are lovely and we always get a warm welcome. My daughter is absolutely petrified of going to the dentist but when she see her favourite receptionist she’s becomes more relaxed ☺️ I’m not mentioning any names this receptionist knows who she is❤️

Thanks to Dr Hawar Al Haddad and Claire the receptionist for their support when my dental splint fractured. Dr Al Haddad arranged for impressions to be made and sent the splint for repair. I was relieved when it was returned to me. I appreciate the perennial positive, calm attitude and efficiency of Claire, receptionist, whom I could observe handling many stressful and very demanding situations on the front line with professionalism. She had rude customers, on the phone, making unreasonable demands and she maintained her dignity and cool. I am aware that the receptionist and clinical dental staff sometimes work at the weekend and that reception staff have admin to do even on their time off unpaid. I don't think this is even known or appreciated by the public, many of whom access NHS dentistry at this practice at a low cost and behave as if they are entitled to it.
