Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. She also explained and demonstrated how to use an electric toothbrush to maximise the cleaning of the teeth and also improve gum health ... within minutes you could really feel the difference. In summary, Gemma and Blue were excellent and I have rebooked for 2 months time as part of my overall treatment plan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As the Pam Eyres ditty went ... "If only I had looked after my tooth!!!"

I live for good teeth facial… (hygienist appointments) my journey with braces has made me embrace trips to City Center dental. I have met the best ladies here.. Gemma, Niamh, Kimberly and Debbie! Couldn’t recommend them enough for their service. They are very personable and engage in good conversation during the appointment that leaves one feeling really taken care of. I had my teeth hygiene appointment with Gemma and Hannah yesterday, and it was the best experience I’ve had so far. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole experience was much more comfortable than I expected, and I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this dental clinic, Dr Kenan was professional, kind, and extremely skilled. Nurse Adil was very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Sephora at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, making the hole visit smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend this team.

Booked an appointment on Sunday and got one very quickly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and understanding. I got there and she was just as friendly in person and very sympathetic of my situation. Dr Ahmad and Charisma were fantastic and very understanding, didn’t pressure me into anything and were more than happy for me to make my own decisions, they even allowed me time to arrange funds during my appointment. Both very friendly and Dr Ahmad talked me through everything and was gentle. I came in due to a very aggressive and rapid tooth infection and he performed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics. Thank you so so so much!

Attended Didsbury Dental and was greeted by Nez on reception who was so lovely and helpful. I was so scared but the dentist was so gentle and service couldn’t have been any better. Thank you so much to all the team ! Lovely my whiter smile :)

Great service again from the team at Didsbury Dental. I made an emergency appointment for my teenage son who was really struggling after damaging a tooth. They were able to make me a same day appointment in the evening and all the team worked with my son who has autism and needs a little more time than maybe others would. The dentist understood the issue and explained it really carefully and in a way that made it easy to understand and then completed the work quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Starting from the reception, the people working there have always been courteous and helpful. The environment and tidiness of the premises is also good. As for the doctors, I've had perhaps four through the years, and I've only had one, who had the complete package, ie, skill, knowledge, bedside manners, attention to detail, and a pleasant demeanour. The rest would be lacking in one or more of those aspects. They could work on that. Overall a good practice, all things considered.

I have been attending Pearl smile dentist at Dinsbury for the past 12 months. I have been under the care of Dr Nilesh Bhavsar, he had treated me with care and respect and explained different options of treatment and the best cost for my needs. Dr Nilesh approach has been very caring and professional and has taken the time to explain every procedure before it takes place. Prior to treatment I was lacking confidence to smile, after extensive oral treatment Dr Nilesh has given my the confidence back to smile and not be embarrassed. Everyone from reception to the dental nurses and hygienist had been very friendly, respectful and helpful....A big thanks to everyone and I will highly recommend your services.

The dentist, Dr. Michael Chu is very attentive and patient, and his technique is also very professional. Frequently inquired if I could raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable and would explain to me every step carried out. Every procedure reassures me. In addition, he is more than happy to answer my dental questions.

I have been with this dentist practice for many years, and currently, I am treated by Dr Rebecca Adams. She is excellent, very reassuring, extremely professional, gentle, and I can only praise her care. I attended today after a filling had fallen out and it was repaired so quickly that I wasn't aware that it had occurred. Definitely 5*.

I have found Dr Ahmad to be professional, personable and highly experienced. Most people don't relish the idea of having dental procedures carried out so it really does help to have complete confidence in your dentist and that is why I will keep returning the The Dental Practice. I registered with the practice on an emergency basis after experiencing a dental abscess and ongoing issues with my tooth. I was registered and seen on the same day. Dr Ross was amazing, guiding me through treatment options and was able to save my tooth through completing root canal treatment and fitting a crown. He ensured I was as comfortable as possible, providing pain relief, breaks when needed and aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ross and the practice enough.

This is such a great practice. The reception and nursing staff are warm and welcoming, and I couldn't speak more highly of my dentist, Dr Ahmad. Who'd think that going to the dentist could be enjoyable?!

The best cleaning I have ever had from both countries Ghana and UK was done by Dr. Ghana Abbas today 30.01.2024. I am so thrilled she was assigned to me. I will recommend you to my friends at work.

Nafees has given me a smile to be proud of! I went to Manchester Dental for a consultation about a wobbly tooth. Nafees talked me through options and really reassured me that I could have lovely teeth again. The process was done over several months to ensure everything was healed before moving to the next stage. I really felt like the care provided was their priority; the whole team at Manchester Dental are so friendly and welcoming, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I now have implants, and a confident smile!

I can't praise the dentist, Tobias and his assistant, I'm really sorry for not catching her name, enough. They were absolutely fantastic with my 2 year old son and his first trip to the dentist. I had lots of concerns before arriving, but these were put at ease, not only by the very welcoming and lovely receptionist, but by both the dentist and assistant. I can't thank them enough for the ease of visit and the most important thing my little boy was a very happy boy and enjoyed the experience too. I can't recommend Manchester Dental enough. Really impressed with the hygienist Gemma. Started going there 12 months ago with bad gums. She has really educated me and given me some great tips in getting my mouth back to good health. Great practice and friendly helpful staff all round. Would definitely recommend this practise.

I recently had to visit for an emergency appointment due to severe toothache. From the moment I called, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze me in the same day, which I was so grateful for. The dentist and the whole team were fantastic. They put me at ease straight away, explained everything clearly, and I ended up having a filling that same visit. I felt well looked after and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for emergency dental care.

I recently visited a dentist to get my retainer after having braces, and I had a great experience. The staff was super welcoming, and the place was clean and well-organized. My retainer arrived in about three days, which was impressive. During my visit, they also checked my teeth and discovered over five cavities that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. Just want to say a special thanks to Syed :)

Excellent service from this establishment. It did not take long to get an appointment and that the dentists and receptionists were very professional. The dentists were very informative to their patients, letting them know all of their options before proceeding and were overall an excellent service. They also offered care after the procedure free of charge in case there were to be any issues after your visit. Would definitely go back here for future operations.

Amazing and friendly service! I needed to get my wisdom tooth surgically extracted, as my dentist couldn't do it, and needed an emergency appointment. Got it booked the first thing in the morning and after the scans and tests got it removed with the filling being done on another tooth as well. Didn't take too long at all. Pricing a bit more expensive than my usual dentist, but that's to be expected as this is an emergency service and the dentist who was treating me was very good and knowledgeable.

I had to have my root canal done again after 20 years and the dentist was great. No problem at all. He removed the remaining nerves, cleaned everything out. Great dentists and experience here. Highly recommend!

Been with the practice for many years had problems with the new dentist I was assigned however after a very long winded discussion I was transfered to Shane a new dentist who is absolutely amazing. I have a special needs child who he dealt with very friendly yet professional and was understanding of his needs. I am a nervous patient and he put me at ease straight away. Overall Shane was professional, gave me some great advice and made the whole experience which is normally super stressful an enjoyable calm experience. Thank you.

Reception staff are happy and friendly and are always very helpful when needed. My dentist and dental nurse are also very friendly and make you feel at ease, explaining each step and clearly explain all treatments required.

I never write reviews but this really deserves a 5 star 10 star ⭐⭐⭐ I was so nervous and upset when I walked in, but honestly Olivia is the best receptionist, did her up most best to get me an appointment as I had cracked my tooth and wanted to get it resolved asap. I suffer from mental health and I was very scared and emotional, Tamara the dentist was absolutely amazing in talking me through and taking her time to cooperate with my anxiety. She cleaned my teeth and filled in the crack and I can't even tell it was ever there. I ab asolutely loved my experience and can't wait to see them again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everybody is really kind and professional here. My teeth are pretty bad after long period of mental health problems and they were starting to cause serious anxiety as I hated them cause they looked so bad. This dentist was very kind and took me on as a patient so I am very grateful. Recommend going to! ☺️

Took my 21mo daughter today and the dentist Belal was so kind and understanding when she cried as he tried to look in her mouth. I was quite nervous as she wasn't very happy the last time we went either but I always find the staff here are so lovely and do all they can to make it quick and easier on her. I'm moving away soon and I'm genuinely sad that we will have to find a new dentist, hopefully they are as good as this one!

Had a great experience, the practice is tidy and clean. I didn't had to wait long, basically just fill a bit of information for registration. The receptionist was nice and helpfull, also noticed she's speaking with a couple who's seems to be regular in there, and that's made me feel more comfortable before my treatment. My dentist was Anju and her assistant Olivia, they were both professional and agile, the procedure was very quickly and Anju made me feel comfortable even with that cold mouth mould 😅 Overall good experience, I recommend 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The dentist is brilliant at keeping me well informed about my dental health, what procedures I may need to have in future and how to properly care for my teeth at home. I learn something new every visit!
