I've seen Nicole and Natalie over the last couple weeks and have been made to feel comfortable and at ease for both visits. Treatments thoroughly explained and very thorough. All staff I've met have made me feel at ease. Very clean and professional waiting area and consult rooms and welcoming friendly reception staff. I won't dread coming to the dentist now I come here! Amazing dentists. Appointments readily available. Very understanding and great receptionists. 5*** service at affordable prices especially with monthly rate. They also don’t mis-sell you things and have a genuine interest in your needs and wants. No pressure!!

I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue. This was my first visit to Glen Mae dental practice. I was greeted by the very busy reception staff who were lovely and welcoming. There were lots of patients waiting to be seen but I didn’t wait long before my name was called. Meeting the dentist and his nurse I felt reassured I was in good hands. I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next appointment!

Having had previous poor experiences of dentists, which led to my nervousness, I was in need, and Apollonia House was recommended to me......oh my goodness! My experience couldn't be better! I've had 4 appointments with Liz and can not praise her high enough. I have so much confidence in her expertise, professionalism she is also kind & friendly and explains things really well, leaving you very comfortable in her safe hands. The reception staff always give me a warm welcome, all the staff I see show compassion and are friendly to a wide range of people. I worried about costs, but the practice is very transparent and gives good information with options. For the quality I have received, it's been worth every penny. A big thankyou to all, especially Liz for your exceptional care. ❤️

The quality of service and the team are second to none I recommend Apollonia to every one I know who needs any form of dentist treatment. Even when I’ve needed emergency treatments they have always been able to find me an appointment to suit my needs and are super flexible to work round my schedule. Our dentist is Liz and I wouldn’t go to any other dentist she really is the best even my 17 month old is now looked after by Liz if you have a phobia or a young child you won’t find a better pair of hands to look after you.

I felt at ease today when I had the first part of two parts of my treatment for a difficult root canal filling. The dentist explained the treatment to me. All the staff were very nice and friendly.

I recently had a root canal procedure with Dr. Simon Pope, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, his professionalism was evident, and it really put me at ease. This was a tooth with curvy roots that other dentists would not attempt, but Simon made the entire process as comfortable as possible. He took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was fully informed and at ease. The treatment itself was painless, and I could tell he was focused on providing the best care. The entire team at the practice were warm, welcoming, and highly efficient, which only added to the sense of professionalism and care. I was genuinely impressed with how well I was looked after, and I’m so grateful for Dr. Pope’s expertise. If you’re in need of dental work, especially something as daunting as a root canal, I can highly recommend him. You’ll be in very capable hands.

Definitely recommend Dr Hassan, he was so lovely but also knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything with care, I was seen so quickly and treated with respect. I hadn't been to the dentists in a long time but he never shamed me for anything. I got a crown fitted and it's perfect and amazing that it's done on site. The receptionists were all lovely too and his dental nurse (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was attentive and caring too! They both had very steady hands too and kept making sure I was ok. Highly recommend.

I recently had a root canal treatment Deansgate Dental Studio, at first i was nervous, as root canals have a reputation for being scary, however, the entire process was smooth and completely painless. Dr.Hassan is highly skilled and he made sure i felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring, which made the visit even better. I highly appreciate their care for their patients and i truly impress by their professionalism. Highly recommend Deansgate Dental Studio for anyone in need of dental treatment.

Deansgate dental studio is really good at what they do, I felt so welcomed and cared for and they always ask if I would like a drink. Everyone in the office is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Hassan is amazing, he takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re good with the plan before moving forward. He considers your pain and makes sure you are comfortable , he’s thorough, offers follow up and you can tell they really care about his patients. Very satisfied and really recommend this dentist.

thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . I had not visited in nearly 2 years so visiting today and meeting Louisa, who was very professional and clearly is passionate about orthodontics, made me feel calm and worry free, Pauline aided her with precision and really went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my assessment. Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

Great dental practice. Dr Naz Ahmed is high knowledgeable and gives comprehensive advice. I’ve been pleased with the outcomes of my dental work and the level of communication from the practice. This place is particularly suited for those like me who get anxious going to the dentist. Dr Naz Ahmed is reassuring and explains what to expect during each procedure.

As always, wonderful service provided by Naz and Oz. Oz is very welcoming and very calming when first entering the practice. Naz is a wonderful Dentist, extremely competent and very receptive to the needs and concerns of the patient. I would not hesitate in recommending The Dentist’s of Didsbury for all of your dental needs.

I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. Naz is amazing professional (expertise to details) and she doesn't only take care of your health, she knows how to put the patient at easy and is extremely friendly, like all the staff to be fair.

I am very impressed with the service provided at Timperley Village Dental Practice. My sister has dementia and both administrative and dental staff are helpful and understanding of her needs. I accompanied my sister to her recent appointment and a special thanks must go to Robert Trem and his assistant, Natasha. They both fully appreciated the effect that dementia has on my sister’s mental state, which makes her very nervous. However, their caring and patient manner meant that my sister received the treatment that she needed without her being upset or worried.

I have the greatest respect and gratitude to Nazia (dentist) and Emma (nurse) for their skill, professionalism and above all for their caring attentiveness. I travelled over 40 miles to the appointment and I will happily do it again. With my whole hearted thanks for excellence.

I’ve been a satisfied patient at the practice for several years. Recently I fell resulting in considerable damage to my front teeth. Dr Rob Trem, my dentist, was able to see me very quickly and take immediate steps to initiate effective treatment and also recommended I visit A&E for stitches and a general check which I did. Although an ongoing process I am very impressed by the care and holistic approach to me as a patient.

I had to have my root canal done again after 20 years and the dentist was great. No problem at all. He removed the remaining nerves, cleaned everything out. Great dentists and experience here. Highly recommend!

Been with the practice for many years had problems with the new dentist I was assigned however after a very long winded discussion I was transfered to Shane a new dentist who is absolutely amazing. I have a special needs child who he dealt with very friendly yet professional and was understanding of his needs. I am a nervous patient and he put me at ease straight away. Overall Shane was professional, gave me some great advice and made the whole experience which is normally super stressful an enjoyable calm experience. Thank you.

Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. She also explained and demonstrated how to use an electric toothbrush to maximise the cleaning of the teeth and also improve gum health ... within minutes you could really feel the difference. In summary, Gemma and Blue were excellent and I have rebooked for 2 months time as part of my overall treatment plan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As the Pam Eyres ditty went ... "If only I had looked after my tooth!!!"
