I have been with this dentist practice for many years, and currently, I am treated by Dr Rebecca Adams. She is excellent, very reassuring, extremely professional, gentle, and I can only praise her care. I attended today after a filling had fallen out and it was repaired so quickly that I wasn't aware that it had occurred. Definitely 5*.

I have been attending Pearl smile dentist at Dinsbury for the past 12 months. I have been under the care of Dr Nilesh Bhavsar, he had treated me with care and respect and explained different options of treatment and the best cost for my needs. Dr Nilesh approach has been very caring and professional and has taken the time to explain every procedure before it takes place. Prior to treatment I was lacking confidence to smile, after extensive oral treatment Dr Nilesh has given my the confidence back to smile and not be embarrassed. Everyone from reception to the dental nurses and hygienist had been very friendly, respectful and helpful....A big thanks to everyone and I will highly recommend your services.

The dentist, Dr. Michael Chu is very attentive and patient, and his technique is also very professional. Frequently inquired if I could raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable and would explain to me every step carried out. Every procedure reassures me. In addition, he is more than happy to answer my dental questions.

I have been at this dentist for over 30 years and from single dentist to a group (PearlSmile), always NHS, and largely treated well. The current set up is clean, friendly and Rebecca is first class. She has handled my phobias and worries in a supportive way and seems only to undertake necessary work in my mouth. Highly recommended

Starting from the reception, the people working there have always been courteous and helpful. The environment and tidiness of the premises is also good. As for the doctors, I've had perhaps four through the years, and I've only had one, who had the complete package, ie, skill, knowledge, bedside manners, attention to detail, and a pleasant demeanour. The rest would be lacking in one or more of those aspects. They could work on that. Overall a good practice, all things considered.
