I visited the practice today for my check up. As always the waiting area is a very calm space and the receptionist was welcoming. During my time in the surgery with Andrew Dixon, I had some questions to ask. He always makes time to answer them and listens very patiently. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I have been a patient at Whickham dental practice for many years and every visit I have ever made has always been pleasant. The staff everywhere are always very friendly and smile and speak. Any treatment I have ever had has always been virtually pain free and clean and efficient. I would recommend this dentist practice to anyone. Keep up the good work !

I was very pleased with my first experience with this Whickham Dental practice. I had recently moved to Whickham and had not registered with any dental practice. I had a bit of an emergency when the cement of a bridge that was fitted 13 years previously by another dentist failed and my implant holding 3 teeth fell out. The reception staff were really sympathetic and the practice manager told me she would see Mr Dixon as soon as he was in between patients. She asked me to return in about 30 minutes and I would be seen by the dentist. He did indeed see me and rectified the problem that same day. I was so relieved and very impressed with the prompt attention I received. I will definitely recommend them.

I had been experiencing toothache over the weekend, so i contacted the practice 8am Monday morning and they had me an appointment booked for 11am the same day. Kerry was very friendly and explained the issue to me with my tooth/gum and resolved it. Highly recommend!

Always a positive experience at the Whickham Dental Practice. You enter into a calm relaxed environment with a warm welcome & greeting. The whole team are so engaging and lovely. Whether you are walking in for your annual inspection or hygienist it feels like you are meeting up with your old friends taking your mind off what is really going on. A fabulous service all round, highly recommended.
