I had a dental checkup at this practice for the first time, and all of the staff were lovely and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr Ameeka. She was very kind and reassuring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She educated me about the tooth x-ray and answered any questions I had, easing my anxiety and helping me understand my teeth and how to take care of them. The dental assistant she worked with was very kind as well. I had a great experience here, and I’m returning soon for a hygienist appointment. I strongly recommend this practice if you want nonjudgmental and accommodating treatment. Extra notes: - You can have an interpreter with you if English isn’t your first language - The pricing for treatment is very reasonable

I went to Figges Marsh Dental for wisdom teeth removal and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of professionalism, knowledge and reassurance I got from Dr. Rohan Shaferry. He really took his time to walk me through the extraction procedure to settle any nerves and checked in during the removal to put me at ease. Would highly recommend Figges Marsh Dental and Dr. Shafferry, I am so happy with the level of skill and care I received! Nice to go a dentist that truly cares about their patients

After visiting Figges Marsh Dental, I must say that I had a wonderful experience with both the dentist and hygienist. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the procedure to me, and the hygienist was gentle yet effective in cleaning my teeth. Visited this dentist for the first time today after suffering from horrendous tooth pain. Both Dr Kumar and the dental nurse were empathetic, understanding and most of all wanted to do everything they could for me. I am so thankful I made the appointment here and this will now be my dental practice going forward.

They took me on as an emergency patient during the holiday period and have been seeing me since! Really lovely team, short wait times and they explain the work as thoroughly as you need. Great dentist practice!

I am so confident to be a customer of this quality dental practice. Being extra anxious about my teeth visiting the dentist it difficult at best . But here all staff are kind and efficient - upfront with costs and they explain everything . My previous dentist withdrew NHS treatment but offered private treatment the same day . This family practise is ethical and inclusive .

I am so impressed and grateful for the treatment and care I received today. I turned up as an emergency patient this morning very upset at having broken off the crown of my front tooth and feeling too embarrassed to speak with anyone without wearing a mask to cover the horrible gap. Although there were no free appointments, they made time for me to return in the afternoon and have rebuilt a front tooth for me. I can now smile with confidence! They treated me with such kindness and consideration.

Best dentist I’ve had by a long way. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and open and honest about what he’s doing which makes you feel very confident and comfortable. Plus the reception staff are helpful and efficient. Update - I’ve just seen Charlene the hygienist and she is great - thorough but also sensitive and kind and makes you feel very comfortable.

In my opinion, the best Dental Practice in the area. Fantastic staff, really kind, I feel totally at easy when I have to go. One of the best dentest I've been to in my entire life. For context I'm from the north east of England I visit London maybe once a month on average for a few days to a week . In the north east my dentest I've been going to for ages we're hesitant to do a route canal on my tooth as it was a bit tricky. (They probably want me to pull it to incentivse an implant, same dentest even said I'd need to go a specialist for my route canal and that it would be "expensive". Unfortunately I could not get an appointment in the north east anywhere else. Last. Friday I came to visit my partner a few days who attends the practice regualry and she told me about this practice. I said Ito my. Partner I will probably not get an appointment by the time I'm here and they might not even see me. (I the northeast it's not crazy to wait about a month for an appointment and that's actually fast in Durham). Anyway the opportunist in me called them and I was addressed by a proffesional assistant style voice on the phone (Natalie) . The lovely receptionist sent me a text to my phone and I registered in less than ten minutes and being in London was a life saver as I had no documents with me so I'm a big fan of their electronic system. She managed to get me an appointment same day, so they have seen an unregistered patient the same day, good luck with that in durham! Anway although I was happy I got an appointment I went in not expecting much and I was greated by the fantastic Dentest MR Tushar K Patel and the lovely assisrnanr Mrs Gurder. I wana say directly that MR Tushar is the best and I mean the best dentest I've ever came across and an extremely knowledgeable professional. I wish other dentists I've experienced would learn from this man. He is extremely Pleasant compassionate, understanding and his way with people is second to non. Being a dentist is also about being good with people and this gentleman is the best at it. Anyway not only did I get a great reception here but Mr Tushar gived me my options and said he could do a route canal and I know other dentest'would of not botherd as its tricky in my case. Not only could he do it but himself and Mrs Guder could start on it the same day! Amazing, so he's saved me. Probably thousands on a potential implant in the near future or a private specialist. Defiantly values helping people over money unlike many other dentest"s I've witnessed first hand. He also gived me expert advice on flossing equipment that I've ordered to my home adress as I was struggling with what my previous dentest reccomended. I will say as well I love the booking system, at my now emergency dentest in Durham as I will now call it, they don't have anyway of allowing the user to book online requiring wasted time of a receptionst. Can you imagine having being so busy you have 5 weeks of waiting time for an appointment, peoole will be calling in constantly for cancellations and they don't even bother updating to a 2024 booking system. You won't have that problem here! Are they good? Put it this way I'm going to use this dentest as my primary dentest and I live in Durham! Let that sink in, I also want private treatment done and soon as my circumstances improve this is the door I'm knocking on for that. I trust everyone here and thank you to the lovely receptiontionist, the MR Tushar and Mrs Gurdar for helping me when you really didn't have too. In the absence of my regular dentist, I have been seen by Dr Daniel Murray and his lovely nurse. I can't say enough about how amazingly amazing Dr. Murray is. It starts with his thorough detailed explanation of my treatment alongside the pros and cons of the treatment and advised me of other options I have. But that's not why im leaving this review. Its his gentle professional hands that only gave the tiniest of a minimal scratch when injecting me with the long numbing needles, I had 2 on one side and 1 in another. And I swear it was like he was melting butter not injecting me. Sadly I've had severely bad experiences over the years with dentists leaving me in pain for days after the numbing needles. Dr. Murray built me a temporary tooth which was a piece of art and gave me no trouble whatsoever for 3 weeks till my crown fitting appointment. Removing the temporary tooth was another super smooth process and he fitted the crown delicately and filed it to perfection, this was felt after the numbness went away. He also gave me a filling on another tooth and again the process was delicate and pain-free during and after the numbness went. He handed me a small mirror to inspect his work after it was done which is not something I'm used to. And I was so happy that I couldnt even notice I had a crown, honestly it looked better than my natural tooth in size and colour. And my filling was beautiful if I can say that about a filling, not bulky or messy as sadly I've had that in the past. Ever so happy with Dr Daniel Murray and his nurse. I hope he settles in the Streatham branch. Very highly recommend.

Best dentist surgery around! Ortega who works on reception is ALWAYS warm and helpful. I thought I lost my phone a while back and had a meltdown over this as I was going through a difficult patch. She was so comforting and went above and beyond to support me. Going to the dentist can be quite an anxiety provoking experience for anyone. But, the two dentists I’ve had to date ( Dr Midhat and Dr Daniel ) put me at ease. They are both incredibly professional and thorough but also patient and understanding. I am grateful for you all. From the initial welcome and booking into this dentist, the receptionist were friendly and helpful. I was directed to my dentist William who was very friendly and informative. I came with a few issues that I could not get a resolution from the NHS. William gave me options of what I could have done to complete my smile for my big day. The time from when I was seen and the date of completion was kept. I highly recommend this dental service which the staff and dentist are on top of their game.Happy with the service.

I had my wisdom teeth removed recently, and I was initially nervous about the procedure. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, and the dentist took the time to answer all of my questions. On the day of the procedure, I felt completely comfortable. The staff made sure I was at ease and explained each step of the process. After the surgery, the pain was manageable, thanks to the detailed instructions and medication provided. Tanu and the team are exceptional in both level of care and brilliant results. After being in an accident, which resulted in me being on crutches, I was very anxious even getting to the dentist. I can't speak highly enough about this practice. I went in with an emergency in January, my teeth were in a terrible state for various reasons, and five months later they have been transformed. Tanu is patient, kind and pragmatic, explaining all that needs doing and getting the work done as quickly and as painlessly as possible. The rest of the staff are so kind and friendly too, particularly Sheila and the front desk team. And all of this done on the NHS as well. I was in a bad state with my teeth, and they have turned it around completely. I can't recommend them enough.

Hadn't been to the dentist in years extremely nervous but Dr Christopher was absolutely brilliant cleaned teeth 2 extractions was reassuring patient and caring the nurse was so lovely holding my hand found out this was his last day he is moving on to kings hospital but assured me the other dentists were just as good Good luck and thank you
