From start to finish, she was incredibly thorough and professional. She applied numbing gel to ensure my comfort and took her time, which made a huge difference—there was no sense of rushing or "clock-watching." Alisha explained everything she was doing during the process, providing invaluable advice on oral hygiene, product recommendations, and what to avoid. What truly stood out was how she managed to clean even the hardest-to-reach areas at the back of my mouth, which many hygienists often miss. Her technique was gently "thorough" and effective, with no harsh movements or discomfort. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their dental health.
