Updated: Thank goodness for Jo! Following the unhelpful response I called and then revisited. This time speaking directly to the source, who took the time to work through the issue and now I have a perfectly fitting retainer. *************************************************************** The service was friendly and quick but the retainer does not fit. The replacement was for the current retainer that is discoloured - exactly the same mould and fits perfectly. Now left with a replacement that can't be used as it only fits one side and not the other.

I lost two teeth of my top denture and my daughter phoned Chingford Dental Laboratories to make an appointment for me but was told, no appointment needed, just turn up. I turned up the next day and was seen immediately, no waiting time and was told to either wait in their nice waiting room or come back in an hour. I chose to come back and in just over an hour I picked up perfectly repaired dentures, at a very reasonable price I highly recommend this place should you need an emergency repair at a fair cost. Just an all-round brilliant service. I'd had a mishap - dropped and snapped my lower palate. Looked this place up, visited and left with a perfectly repaired bottom set. Excellent customer service and a great customer experience. Well done you lot!!!! And thanks.
