I attended my check-up appointment today and as always, Sami was amazing and professional. I was seen promptly with no waiting around. All checks were completed thoroughly, and clear feedback was provided. 5 Stars for Sami. The only suggestion I have is regarding the check-out process. It would be helpful if the receptionist came to the waiting area to call patients when they are ready to check out. Currently, the receptionist remains seated behind the desk, out of view from the waiting area, and loudly shouts out patients’ names from there. (Not exactly professional) hence 4 stars.In contrast, the dentist always comes to the waiting area to greet and escort patients, which feels much more personal and professional. Overall, the experience was excellent, but a small improvement in this area could make it even better.

I have just joined S3 Dental and have to say I am really impressed with everything at this dental practice. All the staff are lovely and the practice is very clean and tidy. I visited today Weds 15th Jan 2025 for a check up with my dentist Dr. Tanya and her dental nurse Kuni, who are both lovely people and very helpful. Great service from the dentist and the assistant. Never have I ever felt more at ease and positive about my visits. My dentist ensure I am informed of my treatment and through my procedure he explained what he would do step by step checking if I was ok.
