During my examination with Dr. Iain Soulsby, I appreciated the collaborative approach to patient care, where we work together as a team to achieve my dental goals. I initially came in for a hygienist appointment, but I had some fears stemming from past experiences—specifically, a negative experience with ultrasonic cleaning of my veneers, for which I had received prior warnings against.
