Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! I've had so many compliments. I would highly recommend Dental on the Banks for teeth whitening - results and service excellent!

100% recommended for Invisalign treatment. Both my sister and I have had orthodontic treatment at dental on the banks and very happy indeed. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. This dental practice is absolutely fantastic they really look after their patients, it’s very clean, well presented and maintained. It’s staff are tremendous, friendly, helpful, caring and very polite, my dentist Dr Govender is a smashing dentist he goes out of his way to make sure that the treatment both I and my mother receives is as pain and stress free and relaxed as possible. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice to family, friends, neighbours and anyone requiring a dentist. Please note this is a private dentist and NOT an NHS dentist.

Ended up having to go private as a non registered emergency patient, after failed A&E visit and a 3 hour phone call to 111 with no answer. I’m so glad I chose this practice. All the staff were so kind and considerate, from the initial phone call, to the receptionist, nurses and the dentist himself. Very thorough, explained everything and considerate throughout. Have my second appointment through already to deal with the problem. Will highly recommend to all looking for a dentist!

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information.
