The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! I cannot recommend MouthPeace highly enough, especially Dr. Sherryl Colaco! They are amazing! I'm a US Citizen who was traveling across the UK for 2 weeks, and ran into a dental emergency halfway through our trip. Each day we were traveling 100+ miles, and staying in different towns. The pain I was having with a tooth was excruciating. We showed up at MouthPeace at 8:30am opening on a Thursday, without an appointment, and asked if they could help me. They made room for me in the schedule within an hour, and performed work that stopped ALL the pain, and prepared me for having a root canal when I get home. Rather than fly home early, I was able to enjoy the last 6 days of my vacation completely pain free. Dr. Colaco was wonderful, explaining the entire process, telling me what to tell my dentist back home, and even giving me copies of the X-rays to help with the work needed upon my return. She worked swiftly, smoothly, and did fantastic work of a seasoned pro. Within a short time, all my pain ceased! The entire staff was fantastic. They were empathetic to my plight, friendly, and I cannot thank them enough for helping someone in need, regardless of where they were from. I can’t recommend Cheryl more highly. I suffered for many years with facial pain. That is now a thing of the past as Cheryl has built up my bite. It really makes a difference to the quality of my life. After a lifetime of hating my teeth I now love them and am happy to smile. Resulting from orthodontic treatment years ago, I was left with ‘black triangles’ between my top and bottom front teeth. Cheryl has now filled in these in and my smile is transformed. I have waited until I was 59 to have this work done. I wish I had met Cheryl years ago.

I have recently had a course of treatment for an implant with Mr Pinto and the experience has been fantastic. I have been with the dental practice for over 25 years. My experiences have always been positive. It is a professional and friendly environment and I feel at ease during my visits. If treatment is required, the options and procedures are clearly explained, including costs. Treatment requiring complex dental procedures have always had successful outcomes. On the few occasions when emergency treatment was required, it was prompt and effective. Having retired and moved to Devon seven years ago, I continue to use this practice.

Then I met Dr. Richard Edwards and Katy. Both were very attentive to my needs and ensured I was understood. The Park Dental Practice people never fail to impress me with their prompt, friendly and professional attention to my teeth. I've been a patient with the practice for well over 50 years and, although I no longer live in Poole, I have no intention of going elsewhere. I was slightly disappointed that my 1:30/2:00pm appointments had been switched, but it didn't affect my ability to get to my next, 3pm appointment; this thanks to the kind invitation of a fellow patient who volunteered to swap her 2pm slot.

This has been my dental practise for a few years and where I've undergone the most difficult of denistry work in my life. I'm an oldie so the first time I remember going to a dentist was 70 years ago. Farid's surgery is a welcoming bright affair which is far removed from the dismal dentists of the 1950s. Farid has done a lot of work renewing for me 40 and 50 year-old fillings and performing an extremely long procedure where it was necessary to remove a 35 year old cracked root canal filling with the added complication that my own bone had grown over part of the filling. The work was finalised by filling that gap with an implant along with a second implant. He has been so thorough and it's not been quick work. He has constantly checked progress never rushing and given plenty of time for my gum to settle, testing for bone strength, adding bone where necessary doing umpteen x-rays, photographing with a 'thing' I've never seen before. Shall we say I don't think it would have been possible to be any more thorough in any way. Farid's team were himself and always 2 of his assistants in my procedures and all are clearly professional and competent with Farid constantly issuing soft speedy instructions many times a minute which gave me confidence throughout the many hours of complicated dentistry work I've had done. Even with the 2+hour long procedure to remove the root canal filling which my own bone had grown over, there was no aftermath pain other than needing a few paracetamols for a few days and salt water washes. I completely recommend this dental practise and thank all the charming team for making it as pleasurable as dentistry can be.

I have been a client since the 1990's. Farid and his team are always kind, friendly, understanding and professional. I couldn't imagine going elsewhere. I have the utmost trust in Farid and the staff at the practice and highly and wholeheartedly recommend. Additionally, all set within a stunning interior with beautiful surroundings....which somewhat help to settle any pre dentistry nerves!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, basically because my pain threshold is not great. However, I have been going to this dental practice since childhood and have always been looked after. My current dentist who I have been seeing for many years is Richie. He has always looked after me with empathy and understanding and is very reassuring. He takes the time to explain all treatment options with no pressure as to which I should proceed with. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist, I do enjoy the rapport that I have with Richie and he has earned my trust and respect.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my teeth and created a personalized monitoring plan to ensure long-term dental health. Have recently had a back tooth root removed and an implant fitted by Dr Manish and his team at Dental Concepts. Was somewhat nervous beforehand but needn't have worried. The whole process was just so professional. The tooth root was removed and the implant fitted in the same 1 hour session with no pain at all during treatment and in the days after. The CT scan a week ahead of treatment enabled a template for the implant position to be made ensuring accuracy for the drilling. A couple of stitches were used where the root was removed and the gum is healing perfectly. The implant post and crown will be fitted in January to give the gum time to fully heal. Great job so far and will update review after my crown is fitted.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. I had to get my top two wisdom teeth removed and I am terrified of needles and the pain when injecting the anaesthetic, and they all walked me through it and made me feel at ease, and the extraction was also really easy and straightforward. 10/10 definitely recommend, my whole family goes here and we always have amazing experiences!

Found this practice after a bad experience with Bupa in Westbourne. First appointment at Thistledene today; every member of staff was friendly and helpful, and the dentist himself was infinitely more trustworthy than my last one. All areas of the practice were clean and well presented, would definitely recommend.

In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have had various services done here ,from oral hygiene ,through filling cavities to crowns. We have always left satisfied. The entire staff is wonderful, but our favorite person is Dr. Urlika.

I’ve been a patient with Teeth on the Heath for many years and found them to be very caring and gentle when treatment is required. My recent visit was to start procedure for dental implants which was explained in detail before the treatment and carried out in surgical conditions to avoid any infections. I have been without pain and only minimal swelling since and look forward to my new smile in a few months time.

Dr. Karim was very good and sorted my wife’s tooth , he explained me in detail as well what is gonna be the next step with our own dentistry and mrs. Amy his assistant was very good as well. The prices were more than fair for an emergency on a Sunday at 16:30 29/12/2024 we were expecting to be more expensive but it was just 75£ for the consultation and another 140£ for the treatment( he manage to remove the remain of a nerve on one of the canals) , the temporary filling and the antibiotics. Many thanks to both of them.

Amazing service. Was in extreme pain and managed to get an appointment same day (in fact just one hour later!) Richie and Ash were extremely caring and considerate and performed a pain free extraction within an hour. Great aftercare instructions, everything was wonderful.

I seen Karim and Amy as emergency appointment the weekend, they were ever so lovely! They were patient with me and my anxiety, wasn't rushed and talked me through options. Absolutely the best emergency treatment that one could hope for!! My tooth had broken and part of the filling came out too, so it was really tender and needed sorting asap. I booked the the appointment in the morning and was seen that same day. Everything was explained really well and, after agreeing to the chosen plan, my tooth was seen too. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information.
