What can I say but Geoff and Eve are the best! Having had to arrange an emergency appointment and not ever been to the surgery before the care that was given to me was outstanding. Geoff is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so caring, explains everything so well and just makes you feel at ease from the time you walk into the treatment room. Eve makes you so relaxed from the moment you walk in the surgery door. In fact every member of staff there is just wonderful! You actually feel like you’ve known them all for years! If you have a fear of dentists, then please visit this surgery. You will be so glad you did and honestly you will want to go back! I’m just so sorry I’m leaving the area. If I can’t find a dental practice as great as this, then I will be driving back to see you guys. Can’t thank you all enough! Elaine

Geoff is the best dentist I’ve ever had !!! For someone petrified of the dentist , he has the most amazing bed side manner & so calming & gentle . I was never scared going to Geoff ! I have front crowns he done for me over 20 years ago still perfect! I would love to be a patient again once I’ve financially recovered from pandemic times !!! I have clients who followed him to his new practice & wont go anywhere else . Very highly recommended

I would highly recommend this dentist. As a very nervous patient I was straight away put at ease. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. I personally saw Dr Nasr, who explained everything before, during and after. His dental nurse Michelle is just a breath of fresh air! Thank you all for making my experience a positive one 🙂

A very long overdue review for Geoff, Eve and the rest of the team. We’ve been seeing Geoff since we moved here a few years ago and hands down they the are the best Dental practice. The past year has been somewhat challenging for me personally and the care, attentiveness and advice they have provided has been simply above and beyond. Geoff even took the time to respond to me with advice whilst I was abroad. If you’re looking for a passionate and caring dental practice, you do not need to look any further! I am new to the area and therefore a new patient to Ivy Cross Practice. I cannot praise the team highly enough. From my initial check up with Amer Nasr and his lovely dental assistant I was made to feel very comfortable and supported . They explained everything clearly and really looked after me. Then my visit to the hygienist Shula Gampala and her assistant were so thorough, kind and caring - explaining everything as she went along recommending ways to continue to look after my dental hygiene. Eve, the manager is really friendly, efficient and helpful. Over the years I have had a few dental practitioners and I can honestly say this team of people are well up there with the best dental experience I’ve had. It’s never fun visiting the dentist but they made it easy, friendly and even exchanged a few laughs. Thank you .

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth 🥰

I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

Amazing Dentist, Friendly Receptionist, I had a check up today, It is a great shame to learn that Mr Pedlar is leaving as he is my Dentist but I have been told that Mr Carnell is a very good dentist and a nice manner. Its a old school style dentists and only recommends procedures if needed. They are not out to fleece people with unneeded work. Great place. Myself and my parents attend this straightforward Dentist. Popped into this cafe and post office/shop to break up the journey to the south coast with my very elderly parents. We were so well looked after, my frail parents were guided into the lovely tea garden, and parasols were put up all around to keep the sun from burning us. The food was very good, my pot of tea was huge. We called in again when returning from the holiday and had the best carrot cake ever! Such friendly people.

A really lovely surprise to find such a welcoming and friendly chap at this shop/cafe. Very helpful and accommodating. Very happy to shop here and it's very convenient on my way home, for parking and a nice atmosphere. Lots of groceries etc too. ( A long time ago, when the previous owner was here it wasn't so welcoming!} Thankfully we now have the delightful new owners, so much friendlier and helpful. Definitely recommend.

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. I had to get my top two wisdom teeth removed and I am terrified of needles and the pain when injecting the anaesthetic, and they all walked me through it and made me feel at ease, and the extraction was also really easy and straightforward. 10/10 definitely recommend, my whole family goes here and we always have amazing experiences!

Have recently had a back tooth root removed and an implant fitted by Dr Manish and his team at Dental Concepts. Was somewhat nervous beforehand but needn't have worried. The whole process was just so professional. The tooth root was removed and the implant fitted in the same 1 hour session with no pain at all during treatment and in the days after. The CT scan a week ahead of treatment enabled a template for the implant position to be made ensuring accuracy for the drilling. A couple of stitches were used where the root was removed and the gum is healing perfectly. The implant post and crown will be fitted in January to give the gum time to fully heal. Great job so far and will update review after my crown is fitted.

I started seeing Dr Manish Chitnis at Dental Concepts as I wished to have my teeth straightened by Invisalign which is a service not offered by my regular dentist. The straightening of my teeth has taken around 17 months to complete as Dr Manish and I wanted to achieve the best outcome possible. Dr Manish also performed root canal treatment on a problematical tooth which later needed to be removed. Whenever I have requested to see him for any reason, even in an emergency when I had an abscess, he has been accommodating in fitting me in with an appointment. Dr Manish's dental nurse Elllie is always cheerful, friendly and helpful and is always able to put me at ease when I am feeling anxious. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have had many problems with my teeth since I was a child. I tried many dentists over the years and I must say that Finest Smile is by far the best. I had given up on dentist for few years after few really bad experiences. I am very happy that I have found Monika and her team, they are all amazing. Excellent and very professional care. Monika even stayed working longer on my last visit to make sure everything looks perfect.
