Jack at Pondtech refurbished our pond in June 24. They fitted a new liner rebuilt the fountain support and fitted a new pump/filter remote system in an adjacent flowerbed. The flagstones all around the edges were also relaid and heron protection fitted. The existing fish and wildlife were all looked after and treated very well and I would happily recommend them for any pond projects large or small.

Pondtech cleared, cleaned, and replanted our very overgrown garden pond. A new pump/filter system was recommended and installed. Advice was given on planting up new baskets, which was carried out. We were very pleased with the result and standard of knowledgeable service. This work was carried out three years ago, we are still very pleased with the result. Lee comes back every October to tidy the pond and service the filtration unit. He is always available to answer questions and give advice. Would recommend to any keen gardener. Marge and Dave Catt.

Jack certainly had a lot to take on with our pond at our new house that had been left very unloved for a few years. It now looks beautifully clean and we can see our fish :-D Jack was really responsive and helpful with advise as to what options were available to us, great value and quick to get the work done in a few hours. He also left our garden tidy (probably tidier than how he found it!) highly recommend!

We asked Pristine Ponds to completely renovate a series of 6 linked long & narrow wildlife ponds which formed a "stream" down one side of our wildlife friendly garden. They were very honest about how difficult the job was to price and how long it would take. The weather was always cold and often very wet but they somehow completed the job in only 2 days longer than originally predicted and incorporated many new wildlife friendly features (plus stepping stones and a bridge) into the final "stream". They were great people to have around, very knowledgeable about all aspects of pond work. Considering the wet weather and the amount of materials they brought in and took away they were amazingly clean, tidying up at the end of each day. Our only concern was the excess demand on tea, coffee and chocolate biscuit supplies! We are delighted with their work and hope to have them back at a future date to do some more work for us.

Pondtech completely refurbished our pond replacing the liner and reinstalling the surrounding timber decking and paving. Jack and Lee are very knowledgeable about pond ecology and were careful to preserve as much of the pondlife as possible while undertaking the extensive work. They made positive recommendations to improve the pond during the work and completed the work on time leaving the pond and surrounding area in a clean and tidy state. They are both professional and have been a pleasure to work with. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
