My lovely jacket had a stain. It didn’t come out first time round. The dry cleaners kindly said they would give it another try for free to see if it came out. And it did! I’m delighted. Thank you

I am so pleased! I thought my white shoes were ruined and had to be put in the bin, but the team at KCL managed to get them all out! See pics for before and after.

I wish I had a before picture to show how dirty my coat was! It looks like it’s brand new now, so clean and white. Can highly recommend kcl dry cleaners! Had such a wonderful chat with the owner and even though I dropped off my coat very last minute they had my coat ready in time for me to take it on holiday. Overall, very pleasant experience. They were willing to go an extra mile and try again on a T-shirt stain that didn’t go off the first time. A true gem in this very uninspiring neighborhood, truly recommend!
